Pros:-******* is smart - will help teach you what you need to know -Social team is fun to work with and know their stuff -Content team always has their stuff on time and their work is impeccable -******* is a great mentor and knows how to lead; she's great to work under and helps problem-solve when troublesome situations with clients arise Cons:-***** works with outdated information (SEO tactics, CRO, website, etc.) and talks in circles when speaking with clients; He'll keep clients for long periods of time that are drains on the team rather than cutting them loose and verbatim has said that he's never fired a client, he simply waits for them to get mad enough to quit.-No benefits -There was an employee who had worked there for over a year that was sexually harassing at least 7 of the women that worked there and at least 3 of them went to management directly. The guy did not get fired until it was starting to affect his 'work' - as in he was giving attitude to people who had to give him work. That is the only time they started to notice. I had to send in a formal report with screenshots to prove what I was saying was true. A simple ****** search revealed that he was a registered sexual offender of a minor (5 year old girl) and was still allowed to work there, interact with women and even sit next to one on a daily basis and interact with several coworkers' children.-There is always blame shifted onto the AM for 'not doing enough'. It is either we don't communicate with the client enough or prepare enough for a call even though the sales team schedules meetings on our day(s) off (including a conference when I was in another state) or the sales team didn't put something into the *** correctly and didn't catch it until well after the onboarding call and then I had to backtrack with a client. Also, I wasn't added to an onboarding mtg until 5 min before it and expected to be perfect even though I had no idea it was my client until right then. (***** did this)-Sales team sells clients that are not ready for marketing. They are barely half-baked businesses with little to no direction. It makes a nightmare for the AMs and fulfillment teams to be successful.-***** does not listen to what you need or want. He will say yes, but will not follow through. He wants to be a mentor and say quips like 'steel sharpens steel' but in reality he has favorites (cough his brother) and he doesn't listen to your opinion if he disagrees.-Design team is nice to have but work isn't usually open to feedback and pipeline is always full.-Website department is always behind and hard to follow or get a straight answer where a client's website is.-Revity apparently comes from 'Revenue with Integrity' but they're really focused on Revenue. Revenue for the partner's pockets. The sales guys are selling huge, upfront set up fees (that line their own pockets at 50% a pop) whereas the monthly cost is less than $500 so an AM commission is extremely small. Integrity is out the window because they'll focus a small amount of time on clients even if they're 'top tier' - so if they get a call once a week, then many people don't think about that account except for once a week even if they're the biggest account the company has.-Clients are bashed on a daily basis. It goes way beyond venting. It gets personal and mean.-Very hostile environment overall.-There have been at least 8 people who have left so far THIS YEAR (who were not fired/let go) besides myself.-******* doesn't like conflict so he'll stay out of arguments or conflict and basically let everyone fend for themselves even when there are serious issues occurring.-It is a boys' club. The sales guys are very arrogant and seem to think they know what they're doing rather than listen to the advice of the fulfillment or AMs. They aren't well versed in marketing so they don't fully understand what they're selling so they're overwhelming the team and either don't realize it or simply do not care.
