      Starting on September 24, 2024, I have been working with this organization and, after over nine months, I’ve discovered that they have failed to attend to my case properly. I was forced to terminate their services on April 16, 2025, and I plan to report them for fraud, neglect, violations of my rights, and causing me mental and emotional distress. Despite my repeated requests for them to record our conversations, I ended up recording each interaction myself. On two occasions, their staff admitted that they were not working on my case at all. Additionally, they reported false information and submitted my casework inaccurately. I have recordings, text messages, and voicemails from my emergency contact to substantiate my claims. Their staff has been rude, exhibited poor customer service, and demonstrated a lack of understanding of California laws. Communication has been virtually nonexistent. I’ve had to do all the legwork and gather all necessary evidence, which they told me was unnecessary, even though it clearly showed my health and mental health issues since before adulthood when I was a ward of the state. As a result of their advice against working, I lost my home and became homeless, despite needing to earn money due to child support obligations. I have faced numerous other challenges as well, and I am likely to file formal complaints against them.

      This group represented me for over 4 years. Doing absolutely nothing to help me. I am absolutely devastated that they couldnt help me. All of my evidence and cooperation. You just get charged a big amount for your requests for the records. The attorneys could care less about you. Dont waste your time or money on them. They are just trying to buy up smaller firms to make themselves bigger. Its all a waste and a scam they dont care they get paid anyway. So disappointed. Im worse now then when I started and they could care less. Shame on you for hiding behind your degree and robbing people that are suffering.

      I contacted this company in September to assist me in filing a disability claim. The contact & all the documents, including the retainer agreement, was submitted via email. After weeks of not hearing from them & being unable to reach them by phone for updates, I contacted another firm in my area to take over my case. Both, myself & the new firm, contacted this company to request a withdrawal of representation. They have not responded to my numerous telephone calls, nor have they responded to the letter of intent from the new firm. My case cannot move forward until this company withdraw as representative. I haven't spoken with any attorneys for this company, they have not requested or received any medical document regarding my case. Basically, they've done nothing to warrant being the representative of record, but they are refusing to relinquish the case so that I may move forward with another firm.

The letter I received from you states; 'If you would like us to withdraw, we customarily reserve our contractual right to petition for fees earned prior to our withdrawal, even if you hire another representative'.       This business hires out to third parties in order to solicit potential clients. These third parties refuse to identify themselves or specifically who they are representing and seem like they are based outside the US. Several times they implied that they were the US government. They call relentlessly despite repeatedly asking to be taken off their call lists. When you decline the services, they are rude and sometimes verbally abusive. I had to play along several times before "qualifying" to be a potential client; at which time I was transferred to Trajectory Disability. I want them to stop calling me, and I want them to stop representing themselves as the US government.

      It is troubling that the attorney said I opted in for communication from this company when I did not. Even if that were the case, it would not justify the volume of calls received and my repeated pleas to not be contacted.

      I recently was granted SSA disability and there is significant back pay awarded. Trajectory is holding the back pay funds while they review. They are now saying the funds will Not be released until 3 months after SSD payments begin. What right do they have to hold my funds? Their payment has been issued and my disability was approved in Nov 2024. Monthly payments should begin Jan 2025.

      I was filed a disability claim through Trajector Disabikty in January this year , 2024. I had not heard anything from them but I received a denial letter from Social Security in May and denial for SSDI this month. I call this company over past few months seems like only ., maybe a clerk, same woman answering phone. She is not helpful, says for me to file an appeal.. on my own. We have been denied 4 times over past several years reason why I'm going thru them as a mediator. Frustrating horrible customer service, poor or no communication .

      To Whom It May ********* hired Trajector Disability approximately a year and a half ago. I have received 2 phone calls and 3 emails total in that time. My complaint is the very poor communication of this company. We, as clients, need regular communication to know what is going on. Please advise Trajector to improve their communication with clients. I hope they will improve and I hope for better service going forward.Thank you.

      I hired this company for assistance with ****. I never spoke to anyone who was a paralegal or an attorney. If I called them I got the call center. Not all of my medical records were given to SSA. It took 18 months to get a denial for lack of medical evidence. Too long of time and minimal support. Im requesting the company give me a release from my contract immediately.

      As we discussed, all of your medical information has been provided to SSA. They haven't followed up on all of these sources, which we find extremely frustrating. As you proceed with your appeal, it's critical that you remind SSA that they need to get these medical records. Either they haven't tried yet, or if they have, they have failed to follow up at all. 

      Also, the time it took to get a decision was 100% due to problems at SSA.  Neither you nor I have the ability to make them speed up and do their jobs. As you file your appeal and proceed to the next level, you can expect them to take at least 7 to 10 months to make their next decision, and possibly longer. They very rarely change their decision at the Reconsideration level, and you'll likely then need to file a request for hearing.  This, too, will likely take at least another 7-10 months.

      I have used this company to help me win my case for disability I was 23 years old when I started using their services and 26 years old when I won my case. Well my sister is needing help with her case. She called and they denied her help because she is under 30 years old. No where on their website does it state you have to be 30 years or older. I have used them and I want my money back from 2016 they took for services because now I feel scammed. Im appalled by the people they have working for them now. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and the lady basically refused to transfer me. She was nasty and just totally not letting me speak to someone else. I did get really mad from the start because I have referred them for years and now this?
