This is a resuscitation of the facts and the steps (that I the customer took) surrounding this order. On June 28, 2023, at 3:42 p.m. I sent an email to *******************" *******************, stating the following: I purchased Brenston Brown Size 11 shoes on May 30, 2023. I received the shoes in the beginning of June, but I did not like the color. Then I exchanged the shoes through the Birchbury website for the Light Brown Size 11. I received the Light Brown shoes, and they were too big. I needed to exchange them for a size 10. However, I could not access the return section on my account because the page states that the shoes have not shipped. This is incorrect as I have the shoes in my possession. I never received a response from Birchbury to any of my emails. I continued to try to exchange shoes through the Birchbury website. However, the website was not functioning, and I could not update the order. This lasted for months. Finally, I tried to contact Birchbury through Facebook. On Sep 29, 2023 I reached out via Facebook Messenger but received no response. Then, on October 6, 2023, I again reached out through Facebook Messenger. I received an automated message with a link. I responded that the link does not work. On October 9, 2023 you said you would not process the return. After I explained the situation, you agreed to process the exchange. On October 24, 2023, I again tried to process a return through the website, but it would not work. Now you are refusing to accept the return because the original order date was in May. However, your website and return system did not work. This is not my fault. You failed to honor your 30-day-no-questions-asked refund policy.
