    On 24 Feb 2024, I ordered the Tac-Magnets. They were processed on 26 Feb 2024 in **************, **** and shipped by DHL on 27 Feb 2024. The package arrived in ********, ** and was scanned on 28 Feb 2024. The delivery date was then changed, indicating a delay, from 02 Mar 2024 to 04 Mar 2024. The package was scanned on 29 Feb 2024 indicating it was tendered to the delivery service provider. The package was supposed to have arrived by the ** *************** (NOTE: ********, ** is 3 1/2 hours from were I live.) The package was never scanned again, and I reached out to 2A4Life on 04 Mar 2024. I was provided with a computer generated ticket number and stated someone would respond within 1-3 business days. I was emailed back on 07 Mar 2024 by ***** from the Customer Support Team. She indicated I had to wait another week and if I still had not received the package, to email them back and they would send another one. I contacted them again, indicating all I want is my money back. I no longer want their product nor their poor customer service. Of interest, I reached out to DHL customer service twice regarding the package. I went online to search for a phone number for 2A4Life and finally found one, but it does not take calls. The voice message states you can leave a text, but who knows when or if it will be replied to and if you need to get in touch with someone you must email the company. Really? What kind of company doesnt have a phone? I guess thats the best way not to have to deal with customers when you provide such poor customer service and products. I just want my money back and be rid of this company!

    This company has horrible customer service. I bought a gun safe with finger print access. I then reset password and registered finger print on safe. My drunk friend who was passed out on floor woke up and walked over to my new safe and put his finger on it and it opened. I then proceeded to reset finger print again and let my friend try again and it opened again. I asked to an exchange or refund and they told me it was out of the return policy. So how am I supposed to protect my children when even a drunk person can just walk up to it and open it. Now Im out my money and have a boat anchor for sale. So disappointing. Thumbs down and be careful. They should of said no problem and have me new one.???????

    ****************,I was able to find your account and the email with our agents this very issue, however the email you are referring to was over two years ago. From the email it looks like the agent sent you a manual on how to do a factory reset on it and then asked you to reply with if you needed any other help. From our records it looks like you have not responded since, with the order being almost 3 years old and the last email with us being around 2 years old the item is out of its 90 day warranty. If you would still like help please reach out to our customer service team at ******************************* and they can give you tips or videos to help with this issue. We can also look into discounted new products for you if you would like.
