June 26th 2024, , I recently ordered Lune pain relief cream (Lune **** ********* ****. Mount Pleasant Utah 84647). They assert that I signed up for a monthly renewal of the cream, I did not. I have emailed and called them with no assurance that I will not be continually charged and my credit card deleted. I believe this is a scam to squeeze money from the unsuspecting. I ordered a nerve care balm from them last month and did not enroll in subscription service but they enrolled me in one any way. I got the notification for the 2nd order being shipped and immediately responded to the email as they said in the email I could do and no response, sent 2nd email the next day no response, sent email to their "support" email and no response. went to their site and tried to recover my subscription but no response, followed their online steps to cancel my subscription but unclear how that worked. their product doesn't work other than being a lotion and I never do subscriptions. I want my money back and want to make sure they don't send me anything else
