Purchased one container of BULK Black on 2023-06-04 for $50 USD. Item was shipped by FEDEX and received 2023-06-14. Received bill in mail from FEDEX 2023-06-27 for $65CAD for duty, HST, fees, and more fees. Absolute robbery.Initial Complaint

This was my first time ordering from Transparent Labs, I heard nothing but good things about the company and its products. I placed an order with them on 4/13/23 and paid an extra $66.80 for overnight shipping. As of 4/24/23 my order has not been shipped and have received no updates. The status still says Unfulfilled. I have called the number on the website multiple times and never gotten an answer, sometimes it just rings to no end and sometimes it will connect and then disconnect. I have sent them multiple emails and never gotten a response. I have asked them in the email about the poor experience i have had and asked for a full refund of $290.60. I tried to call them today and received no response again as well as an email. At this point i don't know what to do, i cant get hold of anybody and don't know when i will be received my order. But at this point i don't even want the order anymore, i just want my money back because i feel robbed at this point.Initial Complaint

Where do I start. I’ve had several issues with the company. Mainly is due to their deciet with discount codes. I had an issue earlier in the year, or maybe end of year, where a discount code stated 20% off. I applied it and the math didn’t really add up. I sent an email asking why is it not working. They responded saying something on the lines of “oh we are now doing all discount codes at 10%”. I complained about this and somehow received a code for 20% off. Bring to a recent order I was going to put it. I left it in my cart. Received an email from Transparent labs for 15% to finish my order. I later came back to complete it, but now it says the discount expired. Double checked the email, nothing stating an expiration date. I emailed their customer support. They stated it doesn’t come to subscription orders. It’s not a subscription order. There is just no, ironically, “transparency” when it comes to their discounts. I understand I’m paying more for a quality product. I get it. But you cannot hold it against the consume for being savvy and finding discounts for their expensive products. When you do find one, it feels like fighting uphill battle. I would like the BBB to look into this. They need more clarity on their discounts, what applies, when discounts expire, etc. If the consumer finds a discount with no expiration date. Honor it. Calling this place too is useless. It’s all e-mail directed. They don’t even respond to all the emails. I’ve said before I would put in a complaint with BBB. This was it. I’m done. Complaint filed and please look into their deceiving marketing ploys. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I purchased a supplement on 8-29-2022. I got the conformation email that gave me all my information regarding the package. I paid for the 3 day business shipping which was I think 10 dollars. My total came out to 32 dollars. I track my package with the number they gave me and on usps it says it’s in Puerto Rico. But on the transparent labs website it says it’s not even in transit yet. Transparent Labs has false nutritional information on their website. The amounts they show for calories, fat, carbs, etc. on their site was different than what the label on the product has. I have tried contacting them several times and my email comes back undeliverable and their customer service reps have not returned my call. I wrote a review on their website but they have not published it. They only show 4 to 5 star reviews on their website. The FDA should look into this as well.Initial Complaint

I placed an oder on January 10th, it's currently January 19th. The order is expected to arrive in 5-7 business days. As of now, the order hasen't even been shipped. I've tried every way possible to reach out to the company (emailed support twice, waited on their online help chat with no reply at all, messaged them on instagram and facebook, no reply.) They took my money 9 days ago and haven't even started the shipping process, let alone responded or contacted me in any way. Awful customer service, and as of now, I've received nothing. I've asked for either an explanation or a refund.
