BBB and the 2007 Chev Trail Blazer

On June 14th 2024 Master Auto Tech examined ******************************* 2007 Chev Trail Blazer.

We found a sizable oil leak coming from the Front Differential Pinion Seal.  We found oil and dirt and debris caked on the Differential and many surrounding parts including the Rack and Pinion and Tie *** assemblies.

Our technician quoted to repair the most obvious leak, the Front Differential Pinion Seal.  We completed the repair with Parts, Labor and Tax total of $454.85

The customer found oil still leaking and brought it back to our *********** store.  We found the original repair was done correctly and no further leaks, however there was so much oil had dripped and spread to other parts from the original leak it concealed further leaking at the Rack and Pinion Assembly and the Steering Tie *** *********** We also put Zip Ties on the Tie *** end boots for No Charge.  We then prepared a quote for the additional repairs for Rack and Pinion Assembly, inner and outer Tie *** Ends and an Alignment and Power Steering Service.

It was our belief that a sound approach to the Oil Leaks was fix the worse and most obvious problem first.  Unfortunately other leaks became apparent after the largest leak was repaired.

Since the original repair was done correctly I will not offer a refund.  But my Manager, ********************* will be happy to work with you to correct the additional leaks and offer a discount on the additional work needed.

Please reach out to **** or he would be happy to call you to set an appointment.

I am rejecting this response because:
NOT EVEN AN HOUR AFTER I CAME HONE FROM SIAD DAY OF SERVICE IT WAS LEAKING STILL!!!!! The boot you claim to have put on was hanging from vehicle not even fully attached with a loose ring on it so your answers is to zip tie it?????  and is why i had to return again for you to fix it and still leaked after telling you it was rack and pinion and you said no it's a boot diferencial you quoted me for 2 issues then on the 3rd visit its 5 more things .... I have the quote paper with what needs to be done none of the new findings and also your mechanic showed me in the bay what was happening nothing to do with what new you state  he said it was in great shape  ... My gender must offend you since I told you what needed to be done and I was right.... I didn't even want to bring my car back the second time since you didn't fix it correctly but I had paid for a service not done right the first time outta 3 visits for same issue

      Sincerely,

      ***********************************
