Remodeled my kitchen did not follow the plans we agreement on, wouldnt fix the cabinets. Told me he would give me a discount then upped the price on everything else.

Sharp builders renovated my home from roughly September 2019 to March 2020. Through out the process ***** was nice and answered all of my questions. Over the project I would notice little things and he would continually say that they were non issues. But this was my first home so I figured he knew what he was talking about. At one point he even said to forgo getting a certificate of occupancy to save money but I insisted that we get one. Over time I started to notice things like walls and doors were never primed so now the paint is falling off, grout wasnt finished through the house, and dry wall was never sanded completely.. Finally months after the project I started having major flooding and leaking issues. The first time was on account of an old sprinkler line, but that wasnt the contractors fault. Later I have a flood because of that big rainstorm we had in the area and my window ***** filled with water despite them being up to code with depth. Water came in through my window frames. Turns out ***** never sealed them! Then on this last flood my pipes backed up with water and my whole basement got wet. ***** had told me that he was going to remove all the galvanized piping in the house and did not. There was 25 feet of it that had to be removed because of rocks, nuts and bolts that were preventing water from getting through. Was that from ***** I do not know but I assured me that those pipes were removed and they were not. Finally, when my plumbers ripping all that out they had to tear up some of the bathroom downstairs and discovered they ***** had never red walled or really sealed the tiles to the wall. So they just about all fell off. Same with my master bathroom. Anyway, all of this said, hes low cost for a reason. Im having to have a lot of his work redone, and the work that he did was sub par at best once I really got to seeing how he cut corners. Maybe using this guy for small projects is good. But dont let him to your whole remodel.
