Hello, my name is **** *******. I have been having problems with a cement contractor he came and did some cement work for me. It turned out to be bad cemented crumbled and just was not a good job. I paid him in full $3600. I have been in contact with him since May trying to get him to come and fix his Work he will not return any of my texts or phone messages. I did have another contractor fix it because I was not able to drive over it because it was crumbling so bad I have sent many text messages and some voicemails. I have sent him a registered letter he has received it signed for it. I have pictures of the cement work that was bad. Even after he received the registered letter. I text him again asking him to contact me because I wanted to get this result. I was hoping you could help me. Thank you **** *******. My phone number is ###-###-####. I hired this company to remove concrete stairs abutting my driveway and to pour concrete flush with the remainder of the driveway; I paid extra to have the concrete matched to the existing concrete. It was poured on 7/26/2022. The contractor damaged the existing driveway and the concrete was grossly mismatched and will need to be repaired. I attempted to resolve this with the business but owner "Sedrick" hung up on me and ceased responding to my calls and messages. While I still believed the business would correct their error, his employee Sione O****** applied foundation plaster to my house and painted it. He did not complete the painting and has stopped responding to my messages. I have already paid for both services.
