Amy J***** has registered herself on a few lists of qualified supervisors for court appointed child abuse visitation. She is operating without an LLC or DBA the state of utah revoked her LLC for nonpayment of fines according to the state website. Amy J***** also runs a strategic custody consulting agency called terra firma consulting and lets the parent with more money buy visit notes, court appearances, etc. The consulting business is a glaring conflict of interest concerning her unbiased ability to observe abusive parents with their children for the first time. She sent me text messages stating she would never provide me any of her notes because the contract I signed with her was “really more guidelines” The amount of stress I experienced knowing I had been fooled into someone who cared more about money than my child’s safety is so much harder than I can put into words. I called a municipal phone number in West Bountiful Utah to ask about her previous business registration there and the receptionist just sighed and said we have gotten to many complaints over the years. It breaks my heart knowing there are more parents like me who will not know how to find a child abuse supervisor and do a Google search and end up with their worst nightmare. I have formally requested her visit notes supervisory summaries etc as promised in her “contract” only to be completely ignored.
