started to see ***************** in 2014 for dental pain and needed to establish care with a that I would need a procedure that was a greater sum of money than I had in savings the dental staff suggested I apply for a CareCredit account I did and after speaking to my grandfather he decided to be my co-applicant as I had a very limited credit history. With his help, I was approved for $25,000 and told to use it as my grandparents knew I was unhappy with my oral health and look and it would be my grandparent's gift to me Dog. I was very happy at being told this finished up and to a photo of the card and card number on the dentist's computer got the approval for the procedure and finished the preparation work to come back as a finished I had also made appointments for other appointments explaining to the staff of the approved amount and it was intended to fix my teeth with enough money to address all problems listed on my care plan with roughly $10,000 remaining for cosmetic purposes the dentist and staff assured me he would get me to where I wanted to be with my smile and oral health. It was over the next few visit I noticed the dynamics change where the needs of my original care plan and what should have been explained to me was the foundation we needed to get finished before doing the cosmetic procedures, I was very excited and kept pushing for the option to get to the cosmetic parts. I have had dental issues from a very young age so all I wanted was to get to my goal I made more frequent appointments each time trying to convince the dentist to think of a way to expedite the process finally he had a solution of a flipper or snap on smile and while this fixed the missing tooth I had it wasnt what I was meaning but after purchasing this I kept asking for other solutions even saying things like I had a family wedding I wanted to be ready by just to hurry him along I finally decided to bring up going somewhere else that would be able to get me what ( RAN OUT OF ROOM) ?Business response

We are unable to respond publicly to the consumer's complaint in order to protect their HIPAA rights.However, we did try to communicate directly with the patient regarding their dissatisfaction. Despite our best efforts to effectively communicate with the patient they were unable to come to a resolution.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: he has not made any attempt to solve this he has hid and not returned nor has his insurer returned my calls or emails
