This place is money first, no questions asked. This notion is reflected by the fact that, when my group of peers was expressing issues with the program including its immense lack of clarity before starting, its awful attendance policies, and its lack of resources provided to clients we ended up being told that "it IS a business" and that we shouldn't get swept up in a river of negative emotions. These kind of thoughts usually go undisclosed here, as there's shame tied to leaving before "Graduation;" however, the decline in the quality of care and the treatment of those struggling with how the program opperates seems to be both reaching a boiling point and falling upon deaf ears.The program is also starting to take on far more clients than they should, which seems to be happening due to their poor reputation around wait times prior; however, the care is faltering due to this.Important notes:-You get DIRECTLY charged (no insurance) $330 per day that you are 15 minutes late to or don't attend.-You must give a week's notice before you want to stop attending. This is not made clear until you ask to leave. -You are billed on a monthly basis, this does not change if you are opting to leave.-You can only expect to meet 1 on 1 with a therapist for 1 hour a week, with the other 14 hours of the program spent in a room with a group of others (usually self-guided)Also, this is not a safe space for q**** identities regarding restrooms, interactions with therapists, and interactions with other clients.
