I located a vehicle on Auto Trader for sale for $24,950 a 2017 Nissan NV 3500 vin ****************. I immediately reached out to the dealer by phone and spoke with a sales rep named Brad. I told him that I was very interested in the vehicle and even discussed making the 450 mile drive to his dealership that day to complete the purchase of the vehicle. Unfortunately by the time I would have made it to the dealership they would have been closed and the following day was a Sunday. I called and texted the salesperson Brad many times asking to have additional photos/videos of the vehicle. He never provided me any additional photos or videos. I messaged him on Jan 27th, 30th, Feb 3rd and Feb 5th. He finally asked me to put a deposit down. We verbally discussed the full price of the vehicle $24,950 and I told him I would be purchasing cash. He then took a $500 payment from me on my credit card to secure the payment. He was supposed to facetime with the vehicle February 6, 2024. I continued messaging him Feb 6, Feb 12th, Feb 16th, Feb 17th, Feb 19th. It wasn't until Feb 21st when he finally Facetimed to walk the vehicle. After the call on Feb 21, 2024, I told him I wanted to purchase the van. He sent me the paperwork on the 22nd and has the price of the vehicle as $27,950. I have explained that the vehicle was listed for $24,950 when I called in on the vehicle and he confirmed the price on Feb 5th when he charged me a $500 deposit. The dealership has offered to reduce the price to $25,950 but will not sell me the vehicle for the agreed on price of $24,950. This is completely unacceptable. I am asking the company to simply honor the price they had the vehicle listed for and the price that was confirmed to me before I put a deposit down.Initial Complaint

I bought a car with Kentson Car Company on October 5, 2020. I have had no issues until October 2022 when I tried to pass my emissions and three codes are stating "not ready." The three codes are the Fuel System, Catalytic Convertor and the Oxygen Sensor. According to the Air Quality department, the car has not passed emissions since before I bought the car in 2020 and there are no records on file of it ever passing emissions. Kentson Car Company sold me the car without notifying me of this discrepancy and causing me issues further down the road. When I called to ask them, they lied to me stating it had to have passed emissions in order for it to be sold but I acquired records stating otherwise. I am filing a complaint against these liars and untrustworthy dealership as they are in the wrong and sold me the car illegally. I am most likely going to have to take legal action against this company.
