My daughter has lived at Stadium Way for this past school year and we've had multiple issues without much resolution. The main ones that we are concerned about have to do with repairs not being made in a timely manner and management entering, or allowing others to enter, with no notice given. There was flooding in the apartment due to a previous issue that they kept assuring had been repaired (water coming out of a light fixture in one of the bathrooms). Hvac didn't work properly and was reported but nothing was ever done to our knowledge. A shower was broken and was not looked at for 2 weeks. The fridge was repeatedly freezing food and wasn't repaired until several complaints had been made. After some of the flood repairs were made equipment was left behind for several weeks leaving common areas and one bathroom not usable, and when the equipment was moved a huge mess was left behind. Several calls and emails have been placed to the manager who has essentially told us that they are following protocol and repairs have been made in a "timely enough" manner. There have also been at least a few times were management and or maintenance workers have entered without notice and barely more than a knock before letting themselves in. When we brought this concern to the manager she simply said that their policy is that they will leave if they hear water running. How this is allowed when it's against tenant laws in the state is beyond me. The cops were called after one of the entrances but we were told there was nothing they could do as it was considered a civil matter.
