              Ogdens installed floor tiles in our kitchen in November 2020. We contacted their office in August 2021 and reported problems with some of the tiles separating. The tiles are interlocking on all four sides. In early September 2021 Ogdens sent a man to repair the floor. In early December 2021 the repairman came again to repair the separations. In August 2022 we began a series of contacts with Ogdens. These contacts were in store visits, text messages and emails on their website. We have not received a reply to any of these contacts. We have a kitchen floor with a number of tiles that have separated from adjacent tiles, the worst of which is a 3/4 separation. We do not think that we should have to put up with this floor.

              Had to wait 3 months without any communication from ***************************. I Didnt hear one word from ******. I called to cancel. ****** said he could have guys there in a day. I expressed to him the importance of them putting plastic to cover doorways. He said yes they would have it. I walked into my bedroom and saw they never zip the wall I purchased. Dust was all over my clothes shirts shoes and ***** vuitton bags. I asked them to zipper wall because it needs to be zippered. They called their boy and started threatening to walk off. Really? Because they were not doing what I asked? I needed them to arrive by 9-9:30 next day. No show. I had to hire someone else to finish job. ****** owes me an apology and the money I paid out of pocket. Run fast and far from this shoddy company, you will experience headaches, uneasy feelings and zero trust when a company treats you like this. **** and sterling all the way. Much better company to deal with all types of flooring.
