Ogdens installed floor tiles in our kitchen in November 2020. We contacted their office in August 2021 and reported problems with some of the tiles separating. The tiles are interlocking on all four sides. In early September 2021 Ogdens sent a man to repair the floor. In early December 2021 the repairman came again to repair the separations. In August 2022 we began a series of contacts with Ogdens. These contacts were in store visits, text messages and emails on their website. We have not received a reply to any of these contacts. We have a kitchen floor with a number of tiles that have separated from adjacent tiles, the worst of which is a 3/4 separation. We do not think that we should have to put up with this floor.Business response

Our Store Manager has been in contact with ****************** and is following up on how his repair is going to be taken care of. I can let you know more when the repair is made.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. The business contacted us last week and proposed to replace the floor. The store manager who came to our home and inspected the floor said he would get back in touch with us by the end of the week. We have not heard from him since he came to our home on January 17th.

***** Flooring and design came out put in vynal flooring on 3 levels of our home. The vynal flooring started separating so I contacted ******** at the ************ location. He has continued to ignore me, took him over 5 months to get out to the house but I was in ****** due to my father's death. I have repeatedly text him to resolve this issue. All 3 levels are separating, all molding is coming undone! I have tried being patient but I am disabled and the gaps could make me fall, as my right foot droops. I'm tired of waiting and need help!Business response

******* Flooring and Design are franchises of ***** Enterprises. I am one of the franchise owners in the Salt Lake County Area. *********************** purchased her vinyl from a previous owner of a ************ Flooring and Design that removed himself from *********'s **************** on November 15, 2021. They are now Doing Business As... RockTops Surfaces. They are required to take care of all their prior customers warranty issues and repairs. They are still at the same address (117 N. Main, ************, **** 84660). *************************** Salesman still works for ***************** and they still have the same phone number. ************.
If ******** Surgaces or Sterling refuses to take care of *************************** needs, please contact ****** at ***** Enterprises ******************************************************* and he can put you in contact with their owner ******************************
