Fraudulent charge of $321.18 to my credit card after my departure. My stay was prepaid in full prior to arrival. When I saw the fraudulent charge on my credit card, I opened a dispute to have the error corrected, after which Brian Head Lodge provided fraudulent information to my credit card saying that I requested an additional night (11/25/23) be added to my reservation, which I did not. Further attempts to resolve this were met with bot-style email responses and a refusal to provide a name and phone number of someone to speak with to escalate the issue to a resolution.Initial Complaint

I made a rental purchase within 12 hours of time of use, then I needed to cancel. I tried to call and email to do so within about 1 minute of purchase. No one ever answered. The next morning I tried to explain this and was told I would have to get a $40 gift card option instead because it was within 24 hours of the rental time. I said, OK. No sense to argue as we were only there for 24 hours anyway. I tried to use this gift card the same day and was told that also wasn't possible, but we left early the next morning. I'm a Utah local and even I never come down to Brian Head. I'd like a refund. Sorta feels unfair and like the small fee of $40 was being held hostage.
