I put an order in with this company on 4-8-2024 order number **** for the amount of 31.96 plus tax for a total of 36.86. I have attempted to contact them the only way because they apparently have no phone number either, 5 times by email that they have on the site "*****************" and "****************". The return address on there site is **** **** ******** ***, cedar hills ut 84062. I have received no response yet nor any of my order.Initial Complaint

I MADE A SMALL PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IN AUG. OF 2022. THEY CONTINUED TO BILL ME $19.99 TWICE A MONTH EVER SINCE!!!! IT NOW TOTALS OVER $1159.42 PLUS INTEREST!! I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO ISSUED A TEMPORARY CREDIT FOR AMOUNT AND THEN SUPPOSEDLY ''INVESTIGATED'' CHARGES. THIS COMPANY FRAUDENTLY STATED THE CHARGES WERE LEGITIMATE AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CHARGED ME BACK FOR THEIR BALANCE. I AM STILL FIGHTING THIS BATTLE AS THE CHARGES ARE FRAUD!! I NEVER RECEIVED A PRODUCT FOR THESE CHARGES. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN??Initial Complaint

On Nov. 2nd 2022, I ordered decals from this company for 19.99. I have been charged $19.99 for the last 8 months totaling as of 6/2/2023 = $159.92. I just want my money back that they are stealing from me so as of today, 6/19/2023 should be $139.93. I called my bank but the only think I can do is shut down my card. This is ridiculous. I should not have to go through that. This company has many complaints from what I can see and they need to be shut down and pay everyone their money back.Initial Complaint

On or about June 5th 2022 I ordered some decals from this business for the price of $19.94. I received the decals several days later. I have not ordered any more decals from this business but they are continuing to charge my Discover credit card for $19.99 in July, in August and in September. So far I have been overcharged $59.97 for merchandise I have not ordered or received. I want my Discover card reimbursed for this overcharge.Initial Complaint

I noticed on Aug 22,2022 I was charged $19.99 and I did not order anything. So I looked them up and email them. They emailed me back saying the first charge of $3.99 on July 25,2022 was the first month of a subscription and the $19.99 was the amount a month thereafter. I found there was 2 charges on July 25,2022 and the second was for $6.95. I again called today wanting to know what I had ordered and what address they shipped it to. NO ANSWER. I just want my money back. I am collecting Social Security and I am on a fixed income. I can't afford this. If your Company can help I would appreciate it. I also told them to cancel anything they have. I have no orders or receipts from this Company...NOTHING to show what I have suppose to have purchased.Initial Complaint

I noticed a weird transaction on my bank account and at first I thought it may have been a third party seller from Amazon. Then I noticed it again. I looked up the company and again didn’t recognize the company. I then searched my banking statement to see I had been charged 4 times. I contacted company through my bank several times with no response. Their website is also garbage. No idea how they received my banking information but I want a full refund. They have been charging me for items that they aren’t even sending. They apparently sell patriotic decals. From looking at their website looks like if you order a decal, they automatically subscribe you. Very shady business. I had a subscription to this business I wasn’t even aware of. They began charging my account 17 April and every month thereafter. They debited account without even sending any product. The information on website says pending. So I’m not sure how this happened but they have zero customer service in order to rectify it. Total scam!
