In April of 2022 We engaged the services of I A C to complete a build on our Transit van to bullet proof the cab section of our vehicle. Our vehicle was a late model low mileage unit still under factory warranty. After Engaging the services of them and dealing with Mark the manager of the us division, We paid our 50% deposit and shipped our vehicle to the facility in Ga. We were told it would be 60-90 days to have our vehicle back and completed. We were on a family trip in August and were instructed that we could go pick up the van from the GA location it was ready. Upon arrival, the van was not done, nor was the completed/requested work/specifications given, Followed. Mark was rudely apologetic and said they will make it right. Roughly 1 month later we received our vehicle. This is where the main problems start. A series of check engine lights, led to a barrage of trips to the dealer to finally get told the reason we are having issues is due to someone drilling through the gas tank and attempting to seal it with caulk. We paid to purchase a new used tank, and the install on it because he said he would reimburse us. Additionally within 30 days of purchase we started having electrical issues with the window actuators and lock solenoids. Again, we paid to have a local shop replace parts. It is again not working and we again need to take it to the shop. Per our shop and pics on hand the workmanship is shotty at best, and honestly an electrical hazard. Mark denies they did the work, and says if they did, it is fine and up to code. This is the 3rd time going for windows to work. In April of 23' I tried to settle with mark for roughly 800 dollars. He sent me a check for 334.80 and writing on back saying if I cash the check we are settled and no further damages will be paid. I didn't cash it. I ask for full reimbursement of time/parts/labor for Mech. and the time I paid my manager.. I ask for re-imbursement of the roughly $1,200 parts/labor + 30x40 = $1200 man. pay.
