Company substitutes products ordered with another similar but unusable product of their choice. They refuse to take or return multiple phone calls or respond to multiple emails from customers. Voicemial messages pleading for help are ignored as are messages stating intent to report recovery of all charges to bank issuer of debit card used in purchase. It is now two months and still being ignored. I strongly recommend avoiding any and all potential purchases from this seller. It appears to be a sole proprietorship operating out of a residence. Fortunately this was not a large dollar order or I would be contacting a lawyer. It’s the lack of professionalism that is disturbing.Initial Complaint

Hello, on September 30, I placed an order with them which I received on Oct 9. The order number was ***** and was for a package of 2 belts for a Shark Infinity Vacuum model NV30C with a date code of 26/06 which their website calls for 1085fp kit. This kit is to contain one larger belt and one Tension belt which is the smaller one. The larger belt is fine, however the smaller belt is not a tension belt as it stretches since there is no cord running through the belt, it is just stretchable rubber. As this belt is connected to the motor shaft to drive the idler pulley this cannot work. It is also slightly larger than the original belt. I have already filled out a contact form about this problem around October 10, and have not received a response from them. I've also sent an email on October 15 with no response. I have also left 4 messages on their contact phone number and have not received a call yet. I just need them to contact me to get the problem solved. Thank you *** *****
