Date of transaction may 27th ordered a small jacket off the website for ***** the next day the order had changed they were sending me a 3xl I emailed them and said there must be a mistake I had ordered a small and to please email Back . No communication at all . A week later got an email saying order was shipped . I emailed again no still no communication. Have not received it own not refund nor any sort of response from Them all all . Very unprofessional.Business response

Thank you so much for the feedback! It looks like the original order placed was for a size 3XL, as we are unable to change an order without customer approval. The first email we received in regards to your order was on 6/7, where we stated the item had already been shipped but could be marked Return to Sender and we would issue a refund to you as soon as the item returned back to us. I hope this helps clear up any confusion or frustrations!
