      Order USO-16498649 containing parts *******, *******, ******* were delivered  5/24/24. The reason for the parts delay were the items were too large to go through ***** and had to arrive via a freight carrier.

      Bought a 5 ft folding table, kept it in the shed until needed. Took it out a couple weeks ago for a project, and the middle where it folds is bowing really bad. Contacted lifetime products and they would do nothing. Poor customer service. I’m disappointed because I wouldn’t even dare to use this table for food for a family gathering. So now I have a $59 useless table, I have to pay to have taken to the local dump.

      I have a ticket [CSE: nDeg65, TKT: y8FmdI]I was communicating about the warranty and asking questions since the wear and tear on a playground set has made this unsafe for children. I Sent pictures, and all information via the support ticket to get ghosted.I've contacted them via social media, no response.I've created NEW support tickets, no response.I've followed up on the ticket above, many times with no response.My original order online was played 09/02/2020 Model ***** Paid ******* Order # BLT235757 and in 3 years the swingset has deteriorated so badly that it's unfit for use.This comes with a 5 year warranty that I can't use because the company will not honor the warranty.They claim they also cannot find the order which was made and paid directly from their website.when providing documentation on the order and screenshot of the email(s) they stopped responding

      Contacted to customer about the issue with their product, apologized, and offered to send parts to fix their current playset or product. Customer accepted the offer of a new playset - Order USO-********. We are also sending customer a gift card to Costco.

      We were told there was a warranty on the shed we purchased directly from Lifetime products. The shed has now warped twice and customer service will only offer to ship parts they will not refund this defective product.

      My family and I are curious about how Lifetime determines which members membership is increased. I joined in 2021, and not even within a year, they have increased my membership twice. I've contacted the club and the corporate office, and there has not been a solid answer. Cooperate states to contact the local club, and the local club states to contact corporate. What's more puzzling is that I've contacted over 10 people in my community, and at least 6 of them have not had their membership increased. Here are three of the six; I am awaiting the other four. What or who do Lifetime decide to increase membership? I've been asking this answer for over a year. I started off at $209 and now at $249 for a family of 4. Is this a practice of redlining?

      Regarding this complaint through the BBB, it sound like your complaint is with Lifetime Fitness, and not with Lifetime Products, Inc. We are a manufacturing company located in Clearfield, UT. The main products we manufacture are blow-molded polyethylene folding chairs and tables, picnic tables, home basketball equipment, sheds, coolers, kayaks and paddleboards, and lawn and garden items, along with OEM steel and plastic items from other companies.

      Purchase Dates: 10/13/2022 and 10/31/2022 Order #BLT434394 Purchase prices: $3604.99 and $585.00 Total $4188.99. I ordered an 8x20 Lifetime shed and purchased installation service. The installers didn't use all the parts and took them home with them. They also left all packaging and pallets in my driveway which I had to pay someone add'l to remove. Metal parts for the doors were missing as well as the snow load package. Screws would fall out of the ceiling when touched and many gaps were all around the base and doors which mice, snakes, lizards and squirrels could walk through. A repair box was shipped to my home in January 2023 but I could not get anyone from the company to respond to my phone calls to schedule a repair. After so many months of this shed going through all sorts of weather, I felt it was no longer repairable. Once the plastic material was disassembled and reassembled, the s**** holes would be reamed out so that it couldn't be assembled correctly and the integrity of the shed would be compromised. I requested a replacement shed and even filed a warranty claim with Lifetime. They would not replace the shed and offered a refund of the shed only and said that services were rendered for the assembly. I was emailed a copy of a refund order for the shed and then a copy for the taxes paid. I visited my bank due to it being 20 business days and still had not received it. That debit card renewed in March 2023 so the expiration date and security code has changed. That *** be the reason I haven't rec'd the refund. However, when I call, I am always sent to a fictitious voicemail supposedly in the accounting **** to leave a message. No one returns my calls. I am being scammed out of the $4188.99 that I paid to Lifetime and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Whenever I call, I have been met with nothing but hostility and disdain especially from two women who claim to be upper management of Lifetime. Their names are ***** and *******, no last names.

      After researching the customers situation found that the payment request did not process correctly through our accounting department, and its past the time frame that we can refund a credit card. A new payment request has been submitted for the customer in the form of a check, PR# ***** for the amount of $4,188.99. Please allow 5-7 business days to process this request, and mail the check to the customer via Certified Mail. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

      I purchased a Lifetime shed through Walmart.com on Jul 02, 2022 | Order# *************** | Total $1578.33. I have spent months trying to put this shed together. I have had the assistance of 2 other fully grown people. What should have been something simple and easy has been a fiasco. There is no possible way to put this shed together correctly. We even went so far as to disassemble and try to reassemble this absolute piece of garbage shed. The walls are too short, resulting in the roof not being able to fit onto the structure properly. So I have gaps that result in exposed areas of the structure, where things could get in, like critters and precipitation, deeming the interior useless, since anything I put in would be subject to exposure to outside elements. A piece of the cheap garbage plastic broke off while trying to screw a piece on. This junk is so poorly made, it is unbelievable that this could cost so much and be sold to unsuspecting people. Please refer to the pics.Large amounts of time and money have been wasted. I can't even return it at this point since I no longer have the original boxes, and could never find boxes so big as to properly pack all the pieces back to return it. Someone can come and disassemble this thing and take it back, because my family and I are not wasting another minute of our lives on this thing. I want y money back so I can buy and build a shed that isn't a worthless piece of junk.

      My husband and I purchased a lifetime kayak in 2020 from sams club. We took it out 2 times and it acquired a small leak. We reached out to the company due to the warranty. They did send a replacement. We received our replacement the same week I had surgery, and our kiddo had surgery and we were unable to take it out due to physical limitations. My car that can fit the kayak also caught fire so we couldn’t transport. We finally got to take it out last week to a lake. When we pulled it ashore on the sand there was a small leak again. Our friends have had kayaks for years with no problems but somehow this brand is flawed. I’m physically disabled so having the 2 seats is necessary because I can’t row(arm disability) We are also insanely careful with it as it was expensive and I can’t risk getting more hurt.we reached out to them and they instantly started arguing with us in it being the “second” time to have to replace it so they won’t. When asked if there’s a limit on the warranty they said no but still won’t help. We have no rapids or anything crazy just lakes. All I want is to be able to enjoy the kayak. They are unwilling to help and keep trying to blame us, but clearly there is some sort of defect with thickness of kayak. Very disappointed. Please honor your warranty.

      I purchased a lifetime swing set online. They claim that their name reflects a lifetime of enjoyment without it breaking down. I just noticed that my swing set has extreme corrosion and is/had been a death trap for my kids. They claim their swings withstand rot and rust and that is just not the case. I reached out to them and they claim to only have a 5 year warranty! I’ve had the swings 8 years, which is definitely not anywhere near a lifetime.
