1 week ago I received 2 bags of Cafe Bella protein powder from bariatriceating.com I have been ordering this kind for over a year I loveeee this flavor. When I received bags I noticed the bags were different didn't think to much about it then I opened the bag and I noticed a different smell kinda smelled like soured milk again thought maybe it's just me so I mixed up mixture put in fridge for next day, I got to work and grabbed protein drink out of fridge took a drink and ohhhh my it tasted like soured milk and also alot thicker than usual( I mix mine with almond milk) I poured it out thinking my milk went bad or the shaker I was using was not clean and I didn't notice, I get home and checked milk it's not expired so I made 2 more for next day thinking the shaker had to have been dirty, I get to work get protein drink open shaker I can still smell a soured milk smell decided to take a drink yep still tastes like soured milk poured out again. I got off work and emailed co explaining what happened they told me they have switched suppliers for certain ingredients because they didn't want people to not have product but that shouldn't change the taste and they can not issue me a refund obviously them switching did change the taste. I went on website to leave a review you can't leave reviews now before you could. I spent 80.00 on 2 bags and have been doing this for over a year I have always been happy with products till now they should be able to see how long I have been ordering and have never complained they need to make this right. Now I had to buy off Amazon premier protein so I have my protein powder which cost me another 25.00 and have 2 bags of protein powder from bariatriceating.com I can't use. There website says no refunds i get it people might order something and not like it and want to refund but this is clearly not case here this is same kind I've always ordered and they switched suppliers.I want my money back.
