On 12/29/2023 I placed a order for a pellet pistol from airgun depot and that was okay then after I had made my purchase I realized that I forgot to buy some pellets so I made a second order for just the pellets and nothing more, for the second order I should have had nothing but the pellets in my cart but airgun depot didn't empty my cart after I was done with the first order and on the second order they made it look like they just added the pellets to the first order but in reality instead of just the pellets they themselves put the pellet pistol in my cart and charged me for a second pellet pistol in the second order instead of just the pellets and airgun depot knew what they were doing when they done this because when I saw the amount for the second purchase I immediately contacted them and instead of owning up to what I thought was a simple mistake they accused me of putting to much merchandise in my cart , which I didn't do in no way, shape or form because they made it look like it was all one order. When I contacted airgun depot about my orders at first I was told that the first order was already sent out and then after I explained why I was contacting them instead of stopping the second order they kept me preoccupied by being slow on responding to me so they could ship the second order and then tell me that it was to late to stop it.Initial Complaint

Sent the wrong caliber rifle. Same rifle, I ordered the .22 caliber, they sent the .177 rifle. Airgun Depot will not pay the shipping to return and get the correct rifle. First time I've purchased from this company, the last too.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from Airgun Depot. The product was defective. I received an RMA from Airgun Depot and I returned the product on 03/20/2023 - UPS Tracking number ****************** in accordance with their return policy. 03/23/2023 Delivered 9:59 A.M. SOLON, OH, US Received By: ***** Ever since 3/20/2023 I have called Airgun Depot several times to check on the status of the return. No one ever answers the telephone and there is no option to leave a voice mail. I have also sent several emails to them checking on the status of the return with no response. At this point, in time Airgun Depot has my money and my product and they will not respond to my inquiries.Initial Complaint

I ordered a airgun from airgun depot and upon receipt I discovered that the item had scratches on the finish and dirt on the threads plus some parts were missing. I reached out to airgun depot and was told they would contact me. Have not heard from them.
