            Clean Green is a carpet cleaning company. Clean Green was here to stretch the carpet and steam clean the carpet. I'm not sure why a carpet cleaning company was hired by my father who is 71 and retired to stretch the carpet, but okay. After the fact, they finished today hours ago, and upon looking at the finished final resolute product I am very unhappy with the outcome. There was no stretching done and instead the carpet was cut where the ripple in the carpet needed to be stretched. This cut and combo does not look seamless. In addition to this issue the carpet, in the basement, never had any overworked spots due to no excessive spills or heavy handed pushing with a motor vacuum. Today I see two large plate sized overworked spots in the carpet. One spot in particular happens to be in the location where the couch has always been therefore to see an overworked spot is truly sad and I know was not there beforehand.

            I recently had Clean Green clean my carpets. I thought it was a good price but for the quality it was horrible! They guaranteed a pet pee spot would come out if I paid extra for the special cleaner but it didn't come out. They also double charged me on two different debit cards because the first one didn't work at first. it took over a month to get my money back. Plus, they said they would refund the money for the special pet cleaner since the stain didn't come out and I haven't received that yet and it's been 6 weeks. plus, it took 8 hours for my carpets to dry and that's only because I had fans blowing on them all day long. And now my carpets are all crusty from the cleaner or something. a month after getting them cleaned, my carpets looked dirtier than they did before I cleaned them. I will NEVER use this company ever again!
