    The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.

    April Bawden, owner of Total Client Connect along with seven (7) other Utahns were charged in a $100 million dietary supplement scam. The district attorney's office says that for six years, the group used a call center and set up hundreds of sham websites, LLCs, and bank accounts. Court documents say they sold illegitimate products with fake promises, facts, and celebrity endorsements. 

    They allegedly charged consumers more than the advertised price and enrolled them in monthly subscriptions without their knowledge. As charged in the indictment, the eight (8) defendants allegedly committed 18 counts of criminal activity, including Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering, Wire Fraud, Aggravated Identity Theft and Money Laundering Aiding and Abetting.

    On 9/13/22 I ordered Keto Gummies for weight loss from TCC. The final total was much more than I expected so I tried to cancel the order immediately and was advised by TCC they dont allow cancellations; I need to wait 60 days to call, get RMA #s to return my items and then get my refund. I did all of this on 11/12/22, returning the gummies on 11/15/22 and was advised my credit was returned to my MasterCard on 11/22/22. It has not shown up to date. I called on 12/14/22, requested an email sent to me including the Transaction ID#s of ********** and ********** for a total of $197.22. I have talked to Customer Service at MasterCard on the phone and went in person to Customer Service at Target (my MasterCard base) and was advised both times they don't recognize these ID numbers. TCC advised me to call again if still trouble, only now I can't get through on the phone or get help through their TalkDesk Chat on their website - no response.     This was a joke from the beginning. The ad said by three, get two free. When I saw what they charged my debit card, I wasn't happy. They had charged $39.95 for all 5 bottles. There was nothing free. I called CS to see what I could do. They told me to send the remaining bottles back, (4) and would have to wait 60 days from the date they were ordered. I did wait, got a return authorization number and sent it back. I did see $124.10 in my account and I asked why it was that amount. They charge $8.95 for a restocking fee for each bottle. It still didn't add up, and then did not go thru my bank. So I got back nothing.But that was not the end. I received another order and this was a scheduled order that I had signed up for. This order was not even opened. They told me to wait the 60 days again, get an authorization number and sent it back, which I did. So now they took the $124.10 and used this for the second order, and added $31 to that. Again, it went into the bank and three days later it was gone. I have not received one ***** back from them.Please help me and all of the other complainents.Thank you. ************
