We used **** and his team to get our front yard done. They did an amazing job designing and implementing our yard design. It looks great and we are extremely thrilled.

After an exhaustive search for the right landscaping company we finally settled with ***************** and All States Landscaping. Our experience was first class. The project was a complex one and required a company and crew with the knowledge, tools and resources to get it done. ********* started the project ahead of schedule, finished early and was on budget. We are delighted with the end result.

Would highly recommend! Our first landscaper was terrible and left our project unsafe and unusable. All States came to our rescue and with their crews and were able to help finish our project! You may pay a bit more but you will get quality work! Don't go with someone who will cut corners! We have paid the price for that mistake. All States can do it all and they have teams to come help!

I am writing this review for information to other consumers considering doing business with this company. My experience with the company was brief, and I had some concerns. I decided to call this company for their sprinkler repair service after seeing the A+ BBB rating.I called to schedule an appointment on Friday, May 19, 2023. The receptionist said there would be a $95 charge for the visit to do the quote, which I agreed to.A technician arrived on Monday, May 22, 2023, and we discussed what work I would like done. The work included:Repairing one pipe with a break.Repairing one automatic sprinkler valve.Repairing five old sprinkler heads.The technician was there for approximately ten minutes (verified by the video from my doorbell camera). He understood what we discussed, although English was his second language. He said that he would return with another person to do the work. I may have misunderstood him, but he said someone would contact me to give me a quote and schedule the appointment.On June 5, 2023, I had yet to hear from the company about the quote or the appointment. I was beginning to have concerns about the cost of the repair, so I called the company and explained that no one had contacted me, but I had decided against going ahead with the repair, and I just wanted to pay the $95 service fee. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She explained that their records showed the work order had been canceled. I have no idea why. She also explained that the bill was for more than $95 because there was a note that the visit was more involved than anticipated. However, they would only charge me the $95 as a courtesy. I have yet to gain experience with this company regarding their actual work. I found the receptionist very efficient and pleasant, and their system for collecting the $95 was efficient. I would like to inform people that there may be some red flags regarding the scruples of this company.

All States completed a major landscape design build of our back yard, including grading, water feature and hardscaping. They provided all the necessary services from design concept and detail drawings all the way through final plantings. They worked the job consistently with a dedicated project manager and good communication. All the dedicated crews were professional, considerate and hard working. We are thrilled with the final result and are happy to recommend them. Five Stars

With 35 years of experience in ****, it is no surprise All State Landscaping is considered a top choice for projects large and small. I engaged All States to transform our featureless back yard. It was a challenging property limited access through a narrow opening and down a sloped hill. The rear lot is flanked by a ***** foot high and 100 fist long boulder wall, with another home below. And irregular shaped. The team listened and considered our ideas and visited the site several times and then presented us with design options. The initial design was very close to our vision for the outdoor living space we desired. I valued the options All States presented in terms of materials, plants, and other features under consideration.The project overall went smoothly. The project manager was routinely on site, supervising various trades involved in the construction. And, on most days, we touched base at the end of the day to discuss any issues and align on next steps. Communication was good. The finished space was very close to the design. Quality workour *****, barren back yard is now an inviting place to relax with friends and neighbors. If you are thinking about a project, give them a call to schedule an appointment.

All States did a wonderful job on a major whole-lot landscaping project for us! Easily 5 stars!

We couldn't have more good things to say about All States Landscaping! First, let's start with the President and Owner *****************. We called 4 different companies and *** was the only one to come to the house and give us a quote. He visited in just a few days and did a thoughtful walkthrough of the entire backyard to help us develop our own ideas and then add some of his personal touches and experience. He had designer ****** come out a week later to walk the yard with us to fine tune the design and colors. ****** later presented us with a detailed backyard landscape plan to visualize the design. The design included trees and plants to be used to help bring the plan to life (see attached). The full job started in just a few weeks and was led by *************************** as our Project Manager. ******** could not have been more fabulous. He was on site and checked in with us several times per day as key changes and/or decisions were being made. He brought creative ideas and solutions to the project as we made a few ****************** and we were amazed at the progress each week. In fact, he still follows up with me today months after the project was done. The entire crew under ******** including **** as ******* were fabulous and easy to work with each day. *** and ******** were back to approve the final results and we couldn't be happier with the results. *** and ******** have also been incredibly responsive and easy to work with as we have added a few more touch-*** and projects after the initial plan was completed. We can post more pictures as the colors come to life in the spring. First-class team and results that we would highly recommend.
