On 11/17/22 We had a technician come out to fix our door that wasn't latching at our Business. They claimed to fix some parts on the door and ended up charging us $2492.86. I called and complained because the invoice after reviewing later didn't add up right so the company issued a refund of $480 which still didn't match up to the invoice. The next Saturday following this on 11/26/2022 we noticed it was no longer latching. We attempted several times to contact the company to come fix the problem as they just repaired it and it wasn't fixed. After hours of waiting that they would send someone or have someone contact us they failed to send anyone. We ended up calling a different locksmith company and was told no parts were repaired. Just a screw was put in the door frame. We felt that we should be refunded completely because the company didn't provide the services they said they did. Didn't match what we were charged for. I attempted to contact the company via phone and e-mail and there has been claims someone would reach out to me but they haven't responded. The charged were disputed on my Discover credit card and the company refused to give me a refund.
