They will tell you anything over the phone or text to get you in the door. Zero respect for your time. They contacted me to tell me that they had the make and model I had called them about the day before. I told them I would come immediately if I could see the car and that I would have my wife drive across town to see it with me. I was there in 11 minutes to be told that one of the two cars had been sold and the other was on a test drive. Five minutes later my wife arrived. We sat and waited for 50 minutes. Nothing. They said that the car was still on the test drive, but that they would talk to me about the cars features. The sales associate could not answer any of our questions. They knew nothing about the car and when they showed us MSRP, they said that it would be an additional 10% on top of that just because of demand, in other words, they were gonna ***** us because they could sell the cars as fast as they wanted to and charge whatever they wanted. After we decided to leave because we had already committed ourselves to being late to a dinner party. At this point, we were more than just a little late and we had not even seen the car . In years past, I have bought four cars from this dealership. Every single time has been a hassle. They have never had any respect for me or my time.

nitially the Sales Representative at the **** Malone Power Plaza was okay not knowledgable of CF Moto and ******** Machines, but I am really disappointed with my CLX-700 Sport. Less than two months from purchase date, the display and cruise control were working correctly. I took the machine back to the **** Malone service center in SLC and they told they cant do anything about the issues since it occurs at 80 mph in 6th gear and cant diagnosis. The second time I brought in I told the service manager that I do not have any confidence in the motorcycle and they need to fix it and I am going to buy another motorcycle, in which I did, ******** Vulcan ****. Furthermore, the staff at **** Malone Power Plaza aren't customer oriented and do not follow the golden rule of any customer based business, treat the customer as how one wants to be treated. The both the parts and sales managers were rude and disrespectful when I wanted to purchase items to include another motorcycles from **** Malone Power Plaza. Furthermore, I was told I was going to get 10% discount when purchasing items from the parts/accessories department and when I tried to purchase a bluetooth helmet accessory the parts manager treated me as if I was lying to him about the discount. I told him, when I purchased both motorcycles the sales person told I would get 10% off parts and accessories. Unprofessional!!. I will never be going back to **** Malone Power Plaza for purchasing any items, I already spent $30K in the last two months and I received terrible customer service and an undependable motorcycle.

I have bought three vehicles from this dealership and yet they still treat people with no respect and are abusive on the phonewill never do business with them again!
