I don't have a major issue w/ customer service but the company us selling defective glasses at which I've had one replaced & now the 2nd pair doing the same exact thing & they start doing it after their supposed 90 day warranty...if they are going to sell glasses this defective, they need to attach a lifetime warranty because they are crap. This is why I didn't return the first pair, I wanted to see if the 2nd pair would do it & it did.Initial Complaint

I've ordered glasses through this company said delivered they have not been delivered In fact when you click on the track my package the carrier says they haven't picked up and the tracking number is useless it does not go anywhere and invalid tracking number I ordered glasses back in January it is now March I can't get a hold of one person to say anything to figure out what or where my glasses isBusiness response

This company is committing fraud. I paid extra for prescription lenses and I was sent a pair without a prescription. i was then told false information that they cannot send a prescription in CA without me contacting the doctor first, which is not true. Then, why were glasses sent to me without a confirmation that they were prescription-less? I had FOUR different team people contact me saying they were contacting my doctor, and then a chat bot told me that was not true. Their phone number doesnt work either.
