On January 04th, 2023 I paid Nathan *. K***** owner of Hero Employment Services, $1,000.00 for coaching, his promise to get 5 Agents under me immediately on the Arise Platform, and to furnish me with leads in which to call. It is now May 6th, I have no Agents under me thus far, which is not what was promised. When he coached me he was abrupt, snotty, dishonest, and he did not reply to my phone calls or texts promptly. The coaching he gave me on how to sign people up on the Arise platform was fraudulent. {He is being investigated by Arise Virtual Solutions for fraud right now.} The leads he sent me to call were 3 years old which resulted in my wasted time on the phone and no one being interested. Nathan A. K***** of Hero Employment Services did not fulfill his part of the Coaching or getting me Agents under me. I feel I deserve a refund especially because the way he taught me was fraudulent. I am going to run my own Ads and sign people up the proper way on the Arise Platform. I, Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.
