This was supposed to be a guided tour of Danube river and Passion Play beginning on July 28. Cost was over $18000.00 which was not refunded so we had to go. ************ made this trip a living h*** for us beginning with no support or information at **********************. This continued the whole trip. Our guides were absent the whole time. It felt like they just wanted to get rid is us. In ****** we were told by guide to find city bus to get to hotel. For the price it was a disaster. Some retribution should be paid back to people on tourBusiness response

This has been a trying two years with the cancellations of all of our Passion Play Tours and cruises because of Covid in 2020. They were very frustrated there we no refund. The Hotels in Europe and the river cruise line in Europe refused to refund - they were only willing to give a future credit - forcing passengers to have to reschedule to 2022. This created a large frustration with this passenger. So when 2022 came around, they were already frustrated. Yes, our people to meet the group did not show up to the airport until about 2 hours before the flight and some were there waiting for them - but they did show up in **************. The Danube Cruise was done by AmaWaterways. We did have Tour Managers from our company on board the river cruise ship for the whole sailing on the Danube. We also had tour managers from our office throughout the land portion of their program. The idea our tour managers (what they call guides) were absent for the whole tour is simply not true. We had tour managers on the ship and on throughout the land portion. The group had local bus and guide in ******, if they chose to stay longer than they would have to take a public bus back to the hotel
Simply put, they plaid for a Danube River cruise and they received a Danube River cruise in full - they paid for the Passion Play and they received the passion play. All of the hotels and promised tours were delivered. They have just found fault because of the frustrations that they have with the situation with ***** and starting out unhappy - they just could find happiness with the tour or cruise. There will be no refund or partial refund as they recieved their whole tour and cruise.
