      They do not do what they say they do. I told them I was looking for discounts on flights. we bought I called to get a flight the *** said to me that prices are fixed and they don't get discount flights. We have never used it. It was a total waste of money! They are asking for more money I called up and spoke with customer service they are pointless. I told them I wanted to cancel and they told me I got access to their website and there was nothing they could do. So they keep hounding me for money. I have had a terrible experience with them and would give them less than one star if it were available. Be warned.

We hope to help you in any way.Our records show you paid in full in July of 2022, giving you access to the following travel club benefits: condo hot deals: $400-1500/week (worldwide), value escapes: $199-399/week (great for staycations), premier escapes: $400-1,900/week (many well-known club names, such as ***************** WorldMark), worldwide hotel deals, cruise deals, hot tickets for cruises (changes weekly), as well as the concierge service. Within the concierge service, we can book airfare, rental cars, and plan your vacation for you with frequent coordination with you. We are not and dont claim to be an airfare discount club or service. Any discounts on flights we have provided in the past are promotional and independent from membership.*Any further calls from GRV have been for your annual auto renewal. They called this July to renew your membership, which continues the above benefits at the agreed rate of your contract, which you have already paid in full. If you paid for your renewal, you will have access for another year.*You may call the concierge number (below) to cancel your annual membership renewal, which will also end your membership and contracted benefits (above) once expired. However, you will still have access to use all your benefits, even if you cancel your renewal. Again, your membership will not end until you stop paying for it. Since you have paid for your renewal, you can use your membership.       LIES! We were sold a bunch of Lies! Absolutely do your research and heed my warning before signing the dotted line. These people told us we would have access to thousands of private condos all over the world that were priced at $199 for a 1 bed, $299 -2 bed, $399 -3bed for a week long reservation and it was unlimited how many times we could use it. These rates dont even exist and if they actually found you one it wont be in the place you want to go or the time you want to do it. They get you to buy the package and then tell you they will be doing a zoom call to show you how to navigate the website/inventory. The trick is they schedule it out 4 days and in the contract you only have 3 to cancel. So by the time you get to see whats actually available its too late to cancel. Thats just the first dirty trick they get you with. They lied to me about the financing, even lied to me about their name and position in the company on the phone. I still havent been able to get anyone to help me and its been about a month. Its all smoke and mirrors. The people running this company should be ashamed of themselves but they are laughing all the way to the bank.BUYER BEWARE!!

      *******, you spoke to a representative last week and another representative the week before that. We have been in contact with you. Your class was not outside the three business days. But you did call in several days later, outside the cancellation window wanting to cancel. We informed you that you are not able to cancel at that point. We provided you everything in writing the day you signed. You were not lied to about financing. You have the paperwork listing how much the financing would be. You decided to pay off the whole balance before you were placed with a financing company to save on interest. We do have incredible pricing and yes, we do have things available at the prices that were quoted. We encourage you to utilize the concierge as they have more available to them than the website. Even if you dont like the pricing or locations you see today, our inventory is fluid and it changes every day. We also have a 110% price match guarantee you can take advantage of. We want you to get the most out of your purchased membership, so let us know if you would like a refresher class. We can also assign you to a specific travel manager to help you find what you are looking for.

      We have had nothing but problems with this company. The free trips that were promised cost you money and then they get canceled. I didnt get a full refund and instead of the cruise I was promised they offered to give me a six day stay in a condo, not even close to a cruise. *** wont do anything about the free trip because the free trip goes through a different company. I wasted a lot of money falling for this scam. Dont do it. We are so disappointed.

      There is no scam. We provided you with the trip certificate. You put down a refundable deposit and paid your taxes to Casablanca Express. Unfortunately, the cruiseline canceled the cruise. You were refunded $400 and Casablanca Express offered you a six night stay for the inconvience of the cruiseline (a different company) cancelling.

      We are holding our breath. We sent our letter to derminate our contract within the 3-day window and were to receive a full refund by day 21. We have not heard anything yet from these folks; but, Day 21 is Monday, Jun 17, so we'll see if we need to contact AmEx. Stay tuned...!!

      This company is c*** We have received nothing but issues with all the services promised to us. A concierge service is supposed to do the legwork, that's why I paid for that service. Upon calling this service every time, I was greeted with "What is your credit card number, and the location you want to stay?". Ummm, that's why I called you, that's the service I was sold. They always inform me that I am supposed to do that. But that is what I paid for, the service of your time to find me a place to stay. So bottom line, this company is selling services they do not provide. I attempted to go further up in the company to find out what the problem was and why I wasn't receiving the services I already handed over a $1000 to get. I was greeted with a supervisor/salesman/scam artist that attempted to get more money from me and my husband. He dismissed that we figured out his scam. I'm not giving you more money. Now I just received a phone call from the original scam location in **************. They JUST tried to rope us in for thier free trip and orientation AGAIN. This company is so wrapped up in scamming people and taking thier money for services they don't intend to give, that they Cannot keep track of who they already stole from.

      I feel obligated to tell everyone out there that this is a very dishonest business. They make a lot of promises of trips and costs that they can't fulfill. I so regret having believed in their promises. Please don't make the same mistake of believing them!

      Don't give this place your money!! I'm still waiting for my refund and if I don't get it soon, I will be escalating things further.If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We were gullible and fell for something that quickly became apparent was too good to be true. We canceled and requested a refund the very next day. For some reason, it takes them 7-21 days to even process your refund. Meaning, you have to wait 7-21 days for the refund to even be issued and then wait the 5-10 business days for it to show in your account. They like to use ambiguous language so they can go back and forth with you on the details while trying to gaslight you at the same time.It takes them two seconds to take your money and then a month to refund it because they are busy spending it is my guess. They are so nice when you are on their side and then turn extremely rude when you are not.***** is a terrible person to communicate with and frankly so is everyone else I've dealt with since asking for my money back. They're business practices are shady at best and that's me being nice.Run. Run. Run.

      We went to the presentation and we're impressed enough to sign up HOWEVER we were lied to and I am very disappointed we were scammed out of our money we could have used to save up for fun vacations. You have 3 days to cancel for a refund BUT we didn't get our access until a week later. When I looked at it, I did price comparisons on my own and I wasn't going to save money by using them, maybe $100, and the "great" week deals, be warned there are no pictures available so you have no idea the condition of the place you would get. Very disappointed and sad we as a young family just trying to make memories with our kids were duped. Please, please, do not sign up with them. It's too late for us to get our money back but save yours and do NOT sign with them.

      In the contract it gives you instructions on how to get immediate access. You logged onto the site once and made one inquiry, that's it. You did not even give the program a chance to work for you. We have offered to do a retraining so you know how to find the deals you are looking for, but you have made communication very difficult.

      Do not trust ANY 5 start reviews! They force these after they have you locked in. Anyone one claiming other wise or anything else is someone working for them! There is no way that anyone in their right mind would belive they have the best prices after trying them out. Durring the sale they tell you that you don't have access until the education class so you're locked in. Their csr's are abusive when you tell them something they don't want to hear. He also told me they use the same platform as Expedia and Orbitz. So 11k dollars for a platform that is free everywhere else. 200 dollars cheaper car rentals at the car rental place everytime! ****** has better cruise options. If you are in the 3 day cool off period get your cancelation in ASAP!

      I am astounded at these negative reviews. Absolutely not our experience at all. Great Resort Vacations has great service.We had the easiest time booking our trips. The customer service was amazing, and accomodations were better than we could have dreamed. For example, our favorite was when we booked a week in Maui at a condo and had poolside views with a straight view of the ocean too! Concierge was helpful with recommending experiences and attractions as well.Great Resort Vacations is transparent.We were notified before booking that any changes to the trips once booked would be difficult and rates may change because the package deals change based on a availability. This is an identical policy to booking through any travel search engine, airline, or lodging directly.Great Resort Vacations is competitive in pricing.I love a deal and I am very budget conscious. Every trip I have taken I compare rates before booking. Great Resort Vacations has always had significantly better deals than travel search engines like Priceline and Expedia for my trips. I booked several rooms in ********* and we ended up in ************** for a killer deal that I couldn't find anywhere else. I had the same experience on each of our trips we have booked or considered booking.Regarding fees and contracts- People just need to understand what they are agreeing to, and what they can afford. While I've not tried to cancel or change our contract holders, it seems that the company is willing and able to help according to the parameters of the agreement. The policy seems similar to an apartment contract or a credit card account. If you add and remove lease holders or card holders in the right way, it's easy. If you give appropriate notice to cancel before renewal you can do it without a renewal or annual fee being charged. If you finance the plan, then you have payment obligations.Use the service and get your money's worth. We personally have had great experiences!
