June 1st William H***** began work to build us a garage apartment, his promise to finish by July 30th did not happen and the project went on until December 5th, though a CO was obtained the project was not complete, exterior paint was not finished, along with Fashia not being installed, our land was not properly excavated, our interior finishes were "hacked" (ruined), plumbing not correct, electrical poor (1st electrician was not licensed, 2nd one never paid) Roofer not paid, Building supply company not paid, Insulation not paid, along with others. William H***** lies through his built process. Also we have slanted floors, poor workman ship all around. We paid him $73,500.00. He has not provided us any receipts of payments to any of the subs, we have asked over and over through the months and are still asking, he is avoiding us. We have text and emails trails of us trying to resolve this, he will show payments to subs, which leads to believe they are unpaid, they have also told us and put pre liens on our property due to no payments.
