**** assistant signed me up for home and auto insurance 3 times incorrectly. To sort things out *** supposedly fired her and promised to sign me up and take matters into his own hands. He supposedly signed me up for home and auto insurance which would cost me $262 MONTHLY. Had my mortgage company not been bought out and the new one contacted me to tell me I didnt have an existing home insurance policy with anyone, I would have never figured out that *** made false promises to sign me up correctly for home and auto insurance. I have been paying $262 the last year strictly for car insurance. I have a clean drivers title without tickets for the last 5+ years. ************ failed to inform me that my policy was never corrected. I asked him to explain why my policy was only signed up as auto to which he explained that my previous mortgage company had cancelled my home insurance policy. After being in contact with my previous mortgage company they informed me that they do not have any authority to access or cancel any policies outside of a mortgage. *** pulled excuse after excuse out of his a** and wouldnt take any accountability for signing me up incorrectly after promising he would. After asking for documents to leave his company he whats repeatedly sent me wrong documents making it harder for me to leave ****************** I wasted an entire year and paid well over $3,144 for car insurance that should have been auto AND home insurance. I was incorrectly signed up three times prior to *** taking over promising to fix things himself. **** never be doing business again with Farmers specifically ***************** as he lies and makes false promises.
