Works with American Home shield and is great at getting them to deny the claims. Looked at our broken water heater but would touch it because he said that the **** wasnt up to code. Had someone else come out and they had no issue getting it fixed.

I am not surprised that Allstate Plumbing is not accredited by BBB. They were, also, sent out to my home for a home warranty claim for my water heater. The water heater had been replaced 2 years ago and was under warranty, the service technician said that there would be additional costs to replace the flex lines and the expansion tank. These had just been replaced 2 years ago with other water heater. I Allstate Plumbing and the home warranty company and explained this. Before the technician arrived to replace the tank and lines I marked them with fingernail polish in inconspicuous places and took pictures. After he left, of course, no flex lines or expansion tank had been replaced. I called them to get a refund of the additional money that they charged for these items, after speaking to the technician they refunded my money for the flex lines, but not the expansion tank, insisting he replaced it. Of course, I have the pictures of before and after with the same pink fingernail **** - not replaced. This type of dishonesty should not be ignored. Do not let them into your home!

Where do I start if I could give negative stars I would. Allstate was referred to us as part of our home warranty. I HAD Several issues I needed addressed. One was a leak that was actively dripping into my utility room it took them over a week to get to my residence. It was near a drain so it was not big deal how it didn't completely break and flood my basement in the week it took them to get there is can only be described as an act if God. The plumber fixed it by running it under my TJI joist instead of through the hole that it had been in before now if I ever want to sheetrock the room I will need to have someone else come and redo the job. Pure laziness on his part to not fix it correctly. Second issue was a leaking valve going to two outside water faucets and my sprinkler system. He looked at it and said he would need to get authorization to fix it from my Home warranty company. Several weeks later I was contacted and told I would have to pay additional out of pocket expense to fix the issue. Allstate or my home warranty could never come up with a reason why it would be extra in the 6 weeks while I was fighting with them. I decided I just needed it fixed and paid the additional to Allstate. The job was scheduled and I awaited their arrival. A few days before they were to be there I got a call from the warranty company saying my repair was not going to be covered. Allstate had reported to them this was a Sprinkler repair not covered by my warranty and I also needed a *** valve installed. I do have a *** valve that is working as designed about two feet away from the valve he had inspected. The plumber is incompetent and didn't even see the *** valve or just outright lied to the warranty company to not come back and complete the work they had charged me for Allatate didn't even have the courage or decency to call me when the found out they let the **************** call me. They did refund me the price I paid for the work in a timely manner but now I am stuck going through another plumber and an appeal process for the lies told to the warranty company by Allstate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND REQUEST ANOTHER VENDOR IF THEY ARE SENT TO FIX ANYTHING AT YOUR HOUSE

I'm a single mother with 3 children and we spent 4 weeks without hot water because of these vile people. Allstate was sent by my warranty company and they tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars, in order to fix my water heater (which turned out to not even be broken when my warranty company finally sent another plumber!!). Allstate has HORRIBLE reputation, shame on them. DON'T USE THEM!!
