August 16, 2022 Paid $102.37 plus $20 tip (felt like this wasn't the server's problem at that time) Provided food and drinks When the bill arrived, there is automatically a 3% "Credit Card Fee" added to it without them knowing if you are paying by cash or card. AND the only way they will remove it is if you complain. We mentioned to our server, she suggested that we complain to manager. Someone in our party complained to the female manager at the time and she seemed irritated by us questioning it. She then called (I'm assuming the owner) on the phone who talked to someone in our party. He claimed this was stated on the menu. I have had several people look at the pictures I took of the menus and cannot find anywhere where the "Credit Card Fee" will be added to your bill. The next day when I was looking at my receipt, I noticed we were overcharged for 2 items: (there were 7 people in our group, 3 separate checks. all had issues) Brisket Tacos are $15 we were charged $17 Fire In the Hole is $11 we were charged $15 The Tax on the bill comes out to 8.03% (did they also tax us on the "Credit Card Fee"?) We do not feel like trying to resolve this anymore with the business as they were hostile that night when it was brought to their attention.
