Absolutely disgusted with Cody ******* & his company Mohawk Mobile Window Tinting. I checked out his ratings on ********* were all excellent ratings - come to find out he deletes ALL complaints & negative reviews! He erased 2 of mine & my son’s review.I purchased a brand new car, a 2021 VW Atlas & hired Cody at Mohawk Tinting to tint my new vehicles windows.I received my vehicle back with fine scratches - clearly from installation, small puncture holes, curled up corners AND damage to my front, passenger side door panel. (I took it to the VW dealer, who showed me the damage done by tint installer tools, of which I took photos) he pushed back out pickup time after install because he said he was having problems & had to redo some work. We picked it up later, well after **** ***** had to inspect my vehicle in his garage lighting at his condo - where the work was done - but it was half way out of the garage - so, very poor lighting. Which is why I contacted him not long after about MANY scratches & a few small puncture holes. I reached out to him for resolution, he asked me to wait the full 6 weeks for the tints to cut. I did. I reached out & he did not respond, I reached out again & he was hostile & claimed that I didnt show up for an appointment - but I never given an appointment! So, after multiple attempts & zero resolution, we are contacting you to file a complaint & bring this awful company to the attention of the *** & to the public, as his ratings are inaccurate & manipulated.
