This is extremely dissatisfying but I dont feel I should have to pay for shipping to return items when their sizing chart is not accurate. I have ordered from numerous shops online and never had this much of a variance in sizing. I am 125 pounds and normally wear a size medium (size 3-5 jeans). Their exclusive sizing chart says these leggings should fit me. Their guide chart dsays S/M fits (solids **** or prints 2-8) but unfortunately the size is not accurate and are way too tight. Again, you all should provide shipping label or cover return cost since this is the fault of your sizing chart...all I wanted was an even exchange. They would not even give store credit to cover my cost to ship back Again, their sizing chart is completely inaccurate. Now they blocked me of ******** because I made a negative comment on their sizing chart. Do not purchase from this unethical business.Business response

We have had open communication with this customer. We have asked the customer to return the product for a refund. The customer wanted us to pay the return shipping. Our terms and conditions state that the customer is responsible for return Shipping.Initial Complaint

I purchased two large separate orders from this company on October 29,2023. They sent both of my orders together in the mail to cut shipping cost, I assume. I had to return 7 pairs of leggings, knowing I would get store credit. So I was anxiously waiting for my credit so I could shop again. I received a $10 store credit for my $90 purchase. When I emailed to let them know this was not right, I never got a reply. So I decided to leave on comment on their FB page since they were replying to others. They never responded and they blocked me from their page. I made a new login account to their webpage to try and contact them. I am not holding out hope, but I would not purchase from this company ever again and I suggest that nobody else falls for their scam again.
