    We hired Tolman Media for our wedding in September of 2022. They did an ok job. It wasn’t horrible. But, when it came time to get my photos and videos it’s been impossible. I received our link in December and contacted them multiple times stating that the link didn’t work. Finally got access to the link in January and could visibly see my photos were not edited my video not edited and sent to me. Tolman went out of business in February. No announcement. When I google them going out of business, I keep seeing a long communication that apparently was sent by Tolman to it’s customers but, as their customer I can tell you that that was NEVER sent to me. In fact it felt like they were trying to back away WITH THE MONEY, quietly and slowly using bankruptcy as a shield. For over a year I have been trying to get my photos and videos back. That’s all I want! Even if they are unedited. Just gives us our memories of our day back. You guys have ruined one of the most important days in a lot of people’s lives. We have been devastated since.

    I hired Tolman Media LLC Georgia in October 2022. The name has since changed to The Media Ailse LLC. They were hired for photography and videography of my June 3, 2023 wedding. My wedding was photographed on June 3, 2023 by a contracted photographer in Georgia. The photos were uploaded from the photographer back to the company who is supposed to edit the pictures and send them to me, the customer. Since the wedding the communication has been very scarce and now I am seeing reviews on *************** and Facebook that this company has not delivered or contacted other couples as well. I received a message on July 13 that my photos would be ready by the 30th business day from the wedding date which was July 17. I have emailed the owner and everyone else on the their customer portal and no one has responded. However, I sent a request for new service through another email address and the owner sent me a message right away. I belive she realized it was me and stopped messages. I have not received what I paid for which was 600 photos. I have not received not one photo of my wedding. I contacted the photographer has stated that she too tried contacting the owner on my behalf.

    I hired Tolman Media to do my wedding photos and video. I paid a deposit and then they suddenly went out of business. There is no way to contact them to get the money back. In their email they said I would still be able to use the same videographer and photographer which turned out to not be the case. I ended up having to hire new ones and paying another deposit. Very dissatisfied and need a refund.

    My now husband and I hired Tolman Media for our Nov. 2022 wedding videography. We didnt have any issues besides them switching videographers on ** last minute. The day of we DID have a videographer shoot our big day. And received an email shortly after that our video should be delivered to ** via vimeo link in the next 60 days. Okay fine no big deal. ** late January we received two different promotional emails from tolman but no communication about our so I reached out on honey book (which we used for all our communication leading up to the wedding) and I got no response after waiting a few weeks. We had not heard anything about the news whatsoever at this point. At that point I tried calling the contact that was listed on honey book messages and the line was no longer connected.. then I tried emailing and the emails would bounce. At that point I hopped on their website.. and saw the news and attempted to get into contact with someone with the email that was provided on the then website. So my husband and I are heart broken. We reached out to the videographer himself ( my day of photographer got his card) and he assumed we got our video long before all this stuff went down at tolman, he felt terrible for **. He told ** he sent the footage to tolman directly two days after our wedding. And they confirmed getting it. Ours was the last wedding he took of the year so he didnt hold onto the footage to clear out his hard drives I cannot phantom a company going out of business and not finishing out the projects they had. They already screwed the couples that hired them for upcoming 2023 weddings. But we DID have the videographer. We PAID for the video and never received it and our big day footage? Its just gone

    We made contact with Tolman Media for wedding photography. My fiancée paid $810.00 on January 4th 2023. We were promised correspondence and communication. We received neither and requested a refund. We haven't received a response. This company does (did) horrible business and Mr. T***** is a crook. We want a refund of $810.00 for services paid and not executed.

    we had a contract for our wedding for a videographor. paid half our contract but was due to pay the other half march 25th videographor agreed to do wedding if we paid him that half when he got here cause he couldn't get a hold of tolman for second half of the payment less than 24 hours before our wedding he tried to charge of the full price even though we already paid half to tolman when we refused he refused to do services.. so we had no videographor for our big day... so we want a refund for what we paid for we need the money.

    Was told a refund request would be processed and then they shut down the buisness my service was not at all as advertised I spoke with manager and also never received a complete product as outlined in my contract

    We signed a contract with Tolman Media back in December of 2022 to provide photography and video for our wedding in the fall of 2023. Our total cost was roughly $3,750.00. Tolman Media required a deposit of half of our total cost. So we made a payment to them of roughly $1,875.00 at the end of December.Tolman has now dissolved. They emailed us saying that they would put us in touch with our photographer and videographer ('The team') directly and that, for the most part, everything should remain the same. The only difference would be that we would make our second payment for the remaining half to the team directly. Tolman said that since they were no longer taking a cut out of the second half, the team were now actually getting paid MORE than what they would have in the first place.What they didn't tell us is that they didn't give any of the first half to the team. So they were ACTUALLY making less. Now we have them asking if it's possible for us to pay them more since Tolman ripped them off as well. So now we're stuck between a rock and a hard place. Pay the team more than what was originally agreed to, refuse to pay them more and risk bad photos/video, or cut our losses and go with another company.Tolman Media fell through on their own contract and stole over $1,800 from us. ******* Tolman either needs to make things right or be in jail.

    Tolman media collected a deposit of $1078.80 for our wedding photography. They then closed down leaving us without a photographer and without a refund. They violated the contract we signed. We would like a refund since no services can be provided.

    In May of 2022 I signed a contract with Tolman Media for photography services for my wedding in May 2023. I made a payment of 800 dollars for a deposit. On the 16th of February I received an email from the Tolman Media legal support team stating that the business is shutting down, but that the photographer assigned to us will honor the price. A few days later, we received an email from the photographer stating that since our contract was with Tolman Media and not them, that they did not have to fulfill that obligation. They proceeded to quote us a price for double what we signed for with Tolman. After finding this out I emailed the Legal team and demanded a refund. I heard nothing. A few days later I directly emailed the person we had originally dealt with when we signed with them. Nothing. I want that 800 dollars refunded to me. The service was NOT provided, and I am left scrambling to find a photographer on short notice.
