I hired Peak windows to install 10 new windows on the south side of my house in fall of 2019 and I paid 5858.32 in full. They did a shoddy job with the work, caulking was done in a sloppy way and wind and moisture were coming through the bedroom window. I had the owners come out to see how bad it was and they came out and said there wasn't a problem, that it was normal for some air flow through the seams. I of course didn't believe that. They sent an installer Nestor out and he did confirm that the first installer did a crappy job and asked who did it. I don't know the guys name! I asked the owners to fix the problem in the bedroom window and recaulk all 10 windows. They said they would but they would charge me since the warranty doesn't cover installation, only the windows. They said they could provide new frames at an additional cost that would be more durable. I paid the cost of installing the windows with new frames which was an additional 4,059.75 that I paid in full in May 2023. Today is January 14 and the bedroom window is dripping water inside. Who knows if there is damage within the window frame and wall or if the other 9 windows are leaking or will be leaking this winter. I've had it with Peak windows!! I want a refund for the 4,000 and for THEM to pay a different more competent contractor to inspect all 10 windows and fix them or redo installation if necessary. I dont trust them to fix the problem.
