Wedding photographer withholding photos. I hired and paid wedding photographer a total of 2,000 on 1/2/2023 We signed the contract on 1/2/2023 Our wedding was 9/9/2023 The photographer came, took all the photos, was professional the entire time. She then left, and sent me a link to our small amount of preview photos about a week after the wedding. She continued to tell me that we would receive the rest of the photos soon. The link never came. I contacted her multiple times, and she responded with updates in the beginning letting me know about delays because of personal things going on. The contract says 4 months after wedding I will receive all photos. It has now been almost 7 months. She has completely stopped responding since over a month ago. There is at least 1 other person Mackenzie is withholding photos from, and is not responding to. I have basically begged her to give me my wedding photos, and she is unresponsive. I have attached our conversation for proof that she has essentially sent false promises, and has not fulfilled her end of the deal.Initial Complaint

I paid Wild Sage Photography $280.00 on July 6, 2023. My money was taken but photos were never taken of myself and my family. The owner has refused to speak to me through the phone or over social media platforms.Initial Complaint

Mackenzie R******** was my wedding photographer on September 8, 2023. Our contract states that the gallery will be available no later than 8 weeks after the shoot date, which was November 3, 2023. "3. Work Product. Digital photos will be made available on a private online gallery available for download no later than 8 weeks after the shoot date." She has not responded to any of my attempts to contact her (phone calls, texts, emails) for an update on the delivery of my wedding gallery since November 15, 2023. The resolution would be for her to send us our final gallery as contractually obligated and paid for in full.
