on 10/22/2020 I had made an online purchase for $555 for a 1000 rounds of 5.56 ammo from the Pew Factory. This purchase was before they stated that there was a backorder, but was delayed 6 weeks for large orders because of shipping issues. They have placed a update on their website on Feb of 2021 stating that they were working around the clock and have had some set backs due to employees leaving but the owner and a part time was still working to get orders shipped. I have called, emailed, talked with my card companies and nothing has happened. I want my money back. There has not been an update for almost a year.Initial Complaint

Ordered ammo on 10/19/2020 for $550. Same story as others. Phone and email go unanswered. Assuming I was taken by these criminals and will never receive a refund or see the ammo I ordered. I would just like to know if this ever was a legitimate company that was impacted by Covid or are they just a bunch of scammers in another country? Is there an actual address of some type of factory or industry where ammo is produced? How owns the PEW Factory - is there an actual name of a person?Initial Complaint

Looks like I am in the same boat as several others. I ordered 1000 rounds of .223 ammo for $555 with the expectation of delivery in 6-8 weeks, which would have been in December. That date came and went with one update on the website and on the phone's voicemail from Feb 23rd giving some sappy story about covid causing delays and that everyone would be getting their orders as soon as he could process them. The voicemail also sated that since everyone paid via credit card there was "literally no way" they could just take our money and not supply the product. Well, here we are literally 1 year later and no ammunition. I had to purchase from another company, so I am out my $555 I gave to the pew factory and the additional purchase. I have called, texted, left voicemails, emailed requesting the refund or delivery and "literally" no one ever responds. I too called my bank requesting a refund but it was after the 6 month mark so they told me that they could do nothing. I only wish I had called them sooner. Please fulfill my order, or refund me. I am filing a complaint with the Utah attorney General's office next. I hope everyone else does too.Initial Complaint

On 11-02-21 I made a credit card purchase for ammunition from this business with the understanding that there was a 6-8 week lead time for shipment of product and billing would occur immediately, my credit card was billed and I subsequently paid the charge. On 12-28-20 I received an email from them stating that there were delays and my order would be processed with an additional 6 week lead time. In march I was told that there were more delays and I decided to wait them out. On 07-28-21 I called and emailed this company requesting a refund and as of 08-05-21 have had no response from them. All I want is my money back and that is all. I will be receiving a copy of my credit card statement from the transaction this week as further proof. Thank you for your time
