Filed a warranty claim with the company following their policy as stated regarding a tent that was purchased through Amazon on Nov 25, 2022 and used for the first time in Sept 2024. The tent ripped at a lower corner that bed section to the truck. Pictures were all provided that I took immediately as it happened along with pictures of the receipt. It took a few days for me to even get a response after a few phone calls and emails. Then I was expected to mail the tent back to them which was not stated anywhere in their policy but I did comply and returned tent as they said they needed to see if they could repair it or had to send me a new one. That was on 10/06/2023. To date there has been no communication. I have the tracking number to show they received the tent and have sent multiple emails only to receive a response they are busy and will respond in 1-2 days that was on 10/17/2023; well to date I still have not heard anything nor am I getting any response to emails or my calls.
