They hold legit payroll deposits . They charge you insufficient fund fees meanwhile. Mine took 4 days and plenty of phone calls for a small technicality on how they wrote the check out. I also got charged ***** insufficient funds fee on a .02 ATM reversal check deposit. Whatever that is??!Do yourself a favor. Don't do Zions. Even my friend, neighbors and church community said it would be just a matter of time before I would leave like they did

I have received two written notices that my bank card has been temporarily blocked. When I called the fraud detection group, I was told my card was FLAGGED, not blocked. I received the first letter the day before I was going to Peru. You can imagine my panic when I received this letter. The letter also stated that they had tried unsuccessfully to reach me. I am sure the company has my email address. I received no email notices. While I appreciate the notice that there may be something wrong, I do not appreciate being given incorrect information. If my card has only been flagged, then the letter should say so. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Location: **************************************************. I do not recommend this bank for Construction Loans. I paid for Inspections in my construction loan. The Inspector the Bank selected did a very poor job. Below examples:Approved budget items that he could not confirm.Entered comments on a contentious budget item; stated there were side house gates were on site, gates were a dog run. Approved Termite treatment without checking electrical panel for certificate. We have had 5 termite services since we moved in. Our City confirmed based on plans, there should have been a termite certificate on electrical panel, thus City Inspector no longer employed.

UPDATE 6/1/23 : I am sad to say I am NO-LONGER RECOMMENDING ZION BANK. For the second time in three years I have made three errors logging in while SETTING UP A NEW DEVICE. When this occurs ********* has REQUIRED ME TO TRAVEL 75 MILES to the CLOSEST bank to verify my identity and unlock my account access.Imagine being on vacation, working in trucking or the airline industry and being told you have to wait until you are in some part of the country with a physical bank before you can access your account again!!!No thanks, I just opened a new account with East ***** Credit Union. They said they would fix this kind of problem with a phone call.

I never heard of this bank. All of a sudden, they did a direct debit of $25.00 to my bank account without my permission. They also changed my bank account number to my my debit card number, which caused my account to be charged $25. which was their fault because they changed my account number. I happened to find out who they were because their name was stamped on the back of a check I wrote for my rent. I wrote a check because I thought they may change my account number, again, costing me another $25. I believe they are the bank my apartment complex uses, although the apt complex doesn't admit it. They need to stay out of my banking transactions with their sneaking self. They used their other name "Entrata", when they withdraw money from my bank account. There was no identifying information (phone number, address, or nothing) by them. They sneak in there and take folks' money without their permission.

Location: National Bank of Arizona, 211 N Leroux St, Flagstaff, AZ Time: Weekend evening, after hours Parking Lot Operator: American Valet Intermediary: Tire Tag We visited Flagstaff on the July 4th weekend, a common staging area for forays into Grand Canyon National Park. Despite circling the vibrant downtown area, we were unable to secure parking on the street and the municipal parking lots were full. We followed several cars into the lot of National Bank of Arizona and parked in what appeared to be a bank after it had closed. At no point did we see a sign that stated parking would be $3 per hour. After enjoying a leisurely dinner and returning to the vehicle in approximately 60 minutes, we returned to the vehicle to find the left back wheel chained by Tire Tag. In essence, we had failed to prepay parking via a machine on the other side of the establishment (again no sign was visible upon entering the property or in front of the space utilized). A code for the Tire Tag chain would be provided upon the payment of $163, $60 of which would be refunded upon payment via credit card. According to a National Bank of Arizona employee (whose vehicle also was immobilized by Tire Tag), American Valet manages the parking lot. The $103 fee is objectionable for the following reasons: (1) Proper notice is not provided to the drivers entering the lot that a parking fee is required. Bear in mind no “parking attendant” is present; however, a Tire Tagger is ready to pounce from the bushes. (2) The level of fee charged is extortionate (approximately 30 times the actual fee). (3) A cursory examination of other vehicles (mostly in-state) showed that some drivers also did not have a fee receipt on their dashboards. Apparently, the Tire Tag chain was utilized on our vehicle. (4) Covid-19 protocols are entirely ignored as removal of the chain requires touching a very soiled chain and rudimentary combination lock. (5) Disputes by way of emails to Tire Tag were ignored; American Valet also did not return calls. All in all, the Grand Canyon visit was well worth it, diminished only by the unfortunate situation described above. Even if the banking establishment is not responsible for the management of the parking lot, it should be incumbent upon the bank to steer its parking subcontractor and intermediary to a proper method of doing business—rather than relying upon unscrupulous practices to add an additional revenue stream.
