I had a heater and air conditioner replaced by Brent J***** from Performance Air. Part of the purchase was a new thermostat. Brent said he forgot it and would come put it in after about a week. A couple of weeks passed, no contact from Brent. I text him, he says he'll get on it. Nothing happens. I forget about it for a few months and then realize he still hasn't installed it. I text him again. He apologizes and says he'll be out that week. A couple of months go by. I contact Brent again and he says he's been really busy. I reply okay, if you are too busy, just bring the thermostat and I will install it myself. He agrees. A few more weeks go by. I contact him again. This time he says he'll mail it. That was about two months ago. I haven't received the thermostat I paid for and he is no longer replying to my texts.
