      I ordered a product from this business and never received it. I contacted them about it and they said that it is my responsibility to track package and recover it after its been put in transit.       Details of ************ Selling under the Name of ACTIV Greens.. Charged my Card two days Early.. Not answering Their Phone - NO *********** Contact - No Access to " Support ".. Started Ordering last Month NOV 28th.. charged me This Morning - Two days early.. on the 26th.. TODAY ! Their ACTIV Greens product has seized-up my Bowels.. Nothing Normal for two Weeks Now.. I Will Call You - They are not Able to receive Calls - no messages.. Looking like a Rip-Off !! Sent Email less than an hour ago - to the Company.. According to Your BBB , this company is Rated " F '.. They Also promote AAO Builder for $20.00 per month.. That should Also Be in This Settlement.. Will Call And Email soon.. People Should Be Warned.. Thanks , *******.

      I think they are confused here We have no product called Activ Greens and We are not AAO we are B-Epic so not sure what they are talking about and what AAO has to do with B-Epic

      in 2021, my spouse purchased a monthly "membership" for a B-Epic product. Our **** card is auto-charged $100/month. She no longer wants the product. We called the customer service number published on-line and received a message they no longer take phone calls. All customer service inquiries must be submitted on-line. There are no options on the website for cancelling a membership. The only option is to send an email via a customer service link. Emails go unanswered. We cannot find a way to cancel the membership and are stuck paying $100/month for a product we do not want.

      We removed all information and closed the account The person can always turn off their own autoship but just logging into their account

      I am a distributor for Bepic. On 3/21/22 I logged into my account and was going to check my balance. I had a couple of active customers. When I logged in 1 week earlier my e wallet balance was $1157.17. To my surprise on this day it said ****. When I asked in an email what had happened, they said that an inactive account is purged. I was still able to log in, order product and can still see my side and down line. My account was still active however the took all of my earned income and absorbed it back into the system. I never knew of this policy. I did read the policy since then and it says everything will be flushed. However nothing has changed except by wallet balance and they took my ordering customers. I have reached out several times with no help. Hoping you can help! All I want is MY commissions that I have earned. I will be happy to close my account and stop being a distributor if thats what they want.

      Accounts that exceed 180 days of inactivity (no orders) will have their eWallets flushed, and the account will undergo a full purge. When that happens, the account will be removed from any trees and organizations and cannot be restored. In addition, any personally sponsored members will be moved up to the account that directly referred you (i.e., your Sponsor). plus we sent out emails

      I had joined this company 3 days ago. Within a few hours of seeing the product line and how it directly conflicts with my current health and wellness business, I decided to cancel my account and promptly requested a refund. All this was done in a matter of hours of opening the account. I put in multiple support tickets right away and even cancelled my account. I was sent an autoreply that they were out of the office for the weekend and would resume Monday. Monday came and went with no response to the email (sent through the back office) and the two help desk tickets. Today I reach out to support yet again and this time an agent responded that the product was sent out and that I could not get a refund. However, they do have a refund policy on their website. I made reference to the fact that I had requested that no product be sent to me and that I wanted a refund. To which they responded that they don't work on the weekend and therefore the product was sent out already and there is no way for them to cancel. They have no working phone number any more and they only answer via email and the support is non existent. I now feel like this is a ploy to get people's money with no intention of doing the right thing by giving the refund that was requested within hours of opening the account. I also do NOT have any product in my possession. There is no way to get in touch with the owners or supervisors. Therefore I am stuck in my options and thought to come here so that I could at least get my refund back from the company. Please advise.

      It is true customer service is closed on the weekend and you do receive a autoreply,which also tells you that you have to resubmit your support ticket which you did not Do. You opened your account on March 26th and did not send in a New support until Tuesday If you would have resubmitted the support ticket on Monday as the reply said order most likly could have been canceled. The order was delivered Delivered, In/At Mailbox

      This pack includes two Nutri-NRG bags (each with 30 stick packs for a total of 60 stick packs). This pack qualifies for the Lifestyle Bonus.THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE 

      you chose to order this product knowing it is not covered so to claim foul now is not being truth

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I reached out multiple times before Tuesday and was met with no response. I even asked for a refund. I had closed the account within 2 hours of opening the account. I immediately asked for a refund and I even asked for the company NOT to send me any product. 

      As for the product, I never received it. Your company even told me via email that it was delivered to a place in UTAH where I do not even live. I am not sure what type of business you are running where there is no customer service on the weekend, but you allow people to sign up and even cancel but won't answer an email or an inquiry from the back office. To claim that a client did not do their part is completely inaccurate when it's your system that is not consumer friendly and preys on the consumer so that you can secure funds. 

      Your refund policy that you shared is also flawed in that I had requested a refund within 2 hours of opening the account. 

      I went through many channels of trying to reach an actual human being and for some reason all the phone numbers and addresses that are/were on file are now obsolete and it seems as though you are hiding from the public so that you can dupe unsuspecting consumers of their hard earned funds. 

      At this point, seeing as you refuse to give me a refund, and we will consistently go in circles about your flawed customer service, the least you can do is send me the product that seemed to have been shipped to UTAH where I do not reside. That is the least that you can do seeing as you already have my money and won't refund it.

      This account no longer exists But she did send in a support ticket again We did tell her that if she returned the product we would issue a refund but we never received the product She then claimed she never received the product but the tracking shows that she did again we never received the product back so we never issued a refund

      This company has claimed that I made a credit card purchase from them on 6/3/21 in the amount of $228.35. I made no such purchase. Fifth Third Bank has been going back and forth with this company trying to gain information and unfortunately this company is refusing to repay my bank so they can reimburse me my funds. The information this company provided was incorrect. They had the wrong email address, the wrong IP address, the wrong phone number. I never received the product either that they claim they sent me and when you track the package it says only a label was created which shows they never did send anything to me. The tracking# **********************. I have no idea how they got my name or address but I never heard of this company or purchased anything from them. This is fraud. I would like my money to be refunded to me.

      Their account was closed because they did a chargeback with no contact I agree that the tracking shows label created only but the funds were returned because they did a chargeback which means they disputed the charge and they only way for us to win a chargeback if we fight it is to show that it was their information and the product was delivered. We are not disputing that the tracking clearly shows that the product was not delivered so they receive their money back. No, we didn't refund it because they did a chargeback.
      As far as the information was not correct that is not 100% true the Name address phone were all correct the email is different they the one listed. I am not arguing that this was probably fraud or could have been fraud ,but they received their money through a chargeback

      On 10-10-21 I ordered 2 products from this company for a total of $128.40, they are "tea" and supplement for weightloss. Invoice # *******. I checked my customer profile las night ( ********* and there IS NO confirmation of this order , BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!! There IS NOT a viable phone number to call customer service, my Credit card company tried with no luck , as I tried 2 phone numbers, one is out of order, the other does not let you talk to anyone. #********************************-335-7493 BEPIC CO. I emailed them as well , they only have a " help desk" and I am at their mercy for a return email...
