    Aug 31 dropped the 2014 Ford flex off at dealership to have fixed. Car was running..Have not had any calls from dealership..have not fixed car..car is no longer on dealership property..dont Know where car is or what is being done..Cody the Mgr. last response is that Ford no longer makes this part..can not get replacement parts to respond to car computer..

    BUYERS BEWARE! UYERS BEWARE! I purchased a used F350 on January 25, ****. As I reside in ***** but was away for work, I had the paperwork sent to me in **********. A few days later, I picked up the truck at their dealership in ******, ** and drove it back to *****. The next morning, I discovered it was leaking oil. Upon contacting my salesperson, who was initially cooperative, I learned that the inspection sheet noted oil seepage, a detail I was not informed about. The issue is more than a seep, as it's actively leaking onto my driveway.I requested a resolution, such as returning the truck or having it repaired, but received no response. Despite multiple attempts, including calls, emails, and texts, the communication remained unresponsive. Finally, after reaching out to the salesperson, the manager was supposed to contact me but failed to do so. I finally had a conversation with ***** Kenley, who said he would look into the manner and personally call me back. He didn't, instead I eventually received a reply to my email from the used car manager ***********************, he stated, "I'm sorry, *******, this truck was sold as-is with no warranty. All sales are final. I wish you would have taken more time to have it checked out by a third party. We always allow customers to have vehicles checked out by their own mechanics." This lack of disclosure and the failure to follow up on promises has been a significant disappointment. Fast forward to 2/7. I have just picked my truck up from being repaired at ************ It was a upper oil pan gasket and rear main seal leak. My total out of pocked was $3,155.82. To Recap i bought this truck with no known issues disclosed with ****** miles, It now has ***** miles on it and paid a $3155 repair order for 2 undisclosed oil leaks. I also have proof of every communication.
