Items purchased on 7/8. Lots 850 and 931 in their online HiBid auction. This company lists items as new then sells you used items. I bought two boxes of HP 654A yellow toners listed as new and when I received them one was completed opened and used. They would not refund me even though they admit the listing was in error. I have booked a vacation for me and my son thru the clymb organization and due to covid outbreak wasn’t able to travel since everything was shut down, the representative explained that they can not refund the money but willing to give me a store credit that i can use for future travels with them, recently the company has switched ownership and i ve been trying to contact them about either giving me a refund or continuing the store credit under the new ownership but they never replied and don’t have a number to call.
