    I bought several hundreds of dollars of merchandise, got part of it then they shut down and owe me $251. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they issued a conditional credit then Jane miraculously responded and said it was my responsibility. Citi card reversed the credit based on the lies of criminals and now I am out that money and NEVER received the products. I hope there is criminal action taken. Does anyone know how I can challenge this decision? I despise the fact Jane took customers money, didnt pay the sellers and didnt provide the products or refunds before they shut down and crawled away like cowardly thieves in the night.

    I must say I am shocked at the reviews as I did not experience any of these unfortunate situations from this company. I was told my products would be to me within a certain time and my products were in my box earlier than expected; I was very impressed and very pleased with my order.

    Ordered $60+ of items from Jane (of the thousands I have spent with them over the years). They took my money, then closed down. Seller reports I have no other recourse but to file a dispute with my bank because they will not ship the items. Jane needs to be held liable for their actions. Many of the sellers are out thousands of dollars, and consumers, like myself, are left fighting to recoup funds for products never received. I hope the responsible parties are held criminally liable. I was a Jane customer for almost 5 years and spent thousands on their platform. This is how they repay me? I hope they are held accountable to the greatest extent the law allows.

    Unable to unsubscribe from their emails. Big mistake to buy an item from them. I will post this on tiktok and insta. I clicked the unsubscribe emails and it got me nowhere. I still receive hundreds of emails from them. I will warn others!

    Terrible company. They will not respond. I keep trying to return my order, one item is the wrong color. I dont know how they stay in business. I now see they have an F rating. I will from now on look up a company on your site before ordering from them. Im telling all my friends not to use them and will post on FB. I dont want to give them even one star but nothing lower.

    Fraudulant charge to my debit card for $64.18. I have never purchased anything from this company! This appears to be a trend based on other reviews. They need to be shut down!

    Slow shipping, bad quality, deceptive return policy Delivered late (a week after Christmas), Awful quality - scratchy thin fabric, return date is deceptive (has to be back to secondary site in 30 days) means you actually have to mail it within a week to get it to them at 2 weeks so they can then mail it for the next 2 weeks. Refused despite explanation that gift was for an 85 year old who couldnt mail it back herself. Never Again.

    I ordered and item that said it shipped. Its been 25 days since its shipped and I have no item. *** tried to email the company directly and have gotten no response so I tried Janes chat feature several times and emailed them and have gotten no response. There is no phone number to call. They have literally just taken my money. This is a sorry excuse for a company and I will never order from them again. Wish I could give them zero stars
